Ordered scope and iphone bracket in Oct 21 6 weeks no delivery they spun a tale and procrastinated dont trust them Requested full refund which was provided 2nd time of asking See their reply typical of their waffle having stock and dispatching in good time would be a better priority Wholly unsatisfactory service

Unfortunately I fell for this scam last year This piece of junk is worthless Chinese C P It is disgracefully advertised as a telescope when it clearly isn t All of the British online companies advertising this product should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves Folks do not buy this item Report adverts to trading standards

Still waiting after two months

Same problem as others hereOrdered late November for Xmas gift - still not received 16 January Tracking number supplied in response to my queries does not link to anythingI would strongly counsel anyone wanting this product to buy from e reputable supplier

We will not work on iPhone 14 s and will not honor warranty

Receive the product it does not work with a iPhone 14 or any phone with multiple picture lenses In order to return the product you must call your credit card company because they will not return phone calls or allow you to send an email to them The email listed is invalid when you attempt to send an email through Gmail or any other email system

2nd review After continual delays and excuses the products arrive Not as advertised no zoom no super advanced electronics and very average magnification Half a poundland binocular Was offered a discount by way as apology However they only discounted 40 of the order which was somehow split Emailed Customer services 4 days ago Nothing I hope the Mayor of San Diego shuts down their head office for the scam it is

I too got carried away with the on-line advert promising much for this useless product Ordered two which arrived very quickly but what a disappointment The product does not live up to the claims and is too poor to even give away to children Trying for a return but so far nothing Just the often reported offer of 30 off to keep the product Agree that Amazon and E-bay should ban this company and stop them ripping off gullible people like myself Trying for a Pay Pal refund but not too hopeful

Scam with a capital S

Charged my account for 75 11 Australian currency for one item on 21 03 2023 Contacted them with a screenshot of my order which included an order number 16 days later to ask where my delivery was A guy by the name of Rich yeah hilarious emailed back to say they had no record of any transaction with me I then emailed a screenshot of my bank statement showing the date also 21 03 2023 on which they withdrew the funds Wall of silence followed

Do not deal with this company liars and crooks

Do not deal with this company take money and don t send product for two months past gift date despite telling not to and not authorised taking payment and send automated responses crooks still not got money back two months later website is full of lies and fails promises no customer service now got solicitor involved stay clear don t want others experiencing this do not give them your money
