Ordered a malhkonig grinder

Ordered a malhkonig grinder Took ages to deliver Shipped with DHL inside an intact box the original manufacturing box was placed not in accordance with the instruction shown on the box with visible arrow signs Of course damaged item It is taking currently more than 4 weeks to get a exchange of goods Zero customer experience slow resolution low communication Issue still pending

Bought a wrecked espresso machine

Bought a bezzera Duo the machines was shipped to Denmark but when the it arrived the water sensor didnt work and the panels were dented I told the owner about via email and he promised me to give me a partly refund Now 3 weeks later nothing has been refunded Go buy your espresso gear and machines somewhere else These people are not to be trusted

Prices change during checkout

Almost bought a new grinder and some accessories at this store Pricing was competitive During the checkout process however after creating an account the prices in the shopping basket increased without any notice given The total price difference was around 4-5 Checking in a private browser window while not logged in I still saw the original prices I stopped my order and will order somewhere else This is a warning to play close attention to the prices and possible changes in them during checkout

Efficient company with good customer service

I fully reccomend Stoll Espresso as they delivered what they promised It was stated that the products should be shipped within 2-3 business days I ordered the products late at night and it was shipped next day at 15 00 Only thing that could be improved is the update on your order on their homepage But when contacting customer service by email I received an answer within 30 min The espressomachine arrived in perfect condition also due to the way Stoll had packed the parcel Again two thumbs up

Gret service and good and fast shipment

4 stars are for the service fastness at working product There has been no problems so far so I have had no chance to try there customer return or how the deals with problems so I can t give 6 stars since I have had no complete experience with them but as far they has been perfect so this 4 star must bee seen as a 5 so far
