I was sent a damaged chair They asked if I had a needle and thread to repair myself I told them that is ridiculous I was then told to have someone repair send them the bill and they would cover it Well would you trust them to pay it after you did Don t buy from them Not reputable I lost 800 00 Please be aware

This Is the worst chair I have ever had Kinnls Said they re made in California- That s false They re made in China They said it was leather that s false They said that they have a warranty-Not what I ve seen I wouldn t buy this thing again

Have not received a Refund and it is now a month as of today
After canceling an order with Kinnls I have been through all kinds of issues for now a month with no refund I found troubling reviews inaccurate info and at this time they have over 1300 00 from my credit card that has not been refunded even though saying over the phone and in an email that they would refund as soon as I closed a dispute with my credit card and yet they could have contacted my credit card company a month a go and just refunded what they promised and it would just go away There are a lot of red flags with this store and personally I would stay clear of purchasing anything that is only my opinion If they do what is right I may come back and update it with a better outcome BUT Right now there is no way I can do that with them not refunding me By the way when going to their website I would believe most USA Citizens would think there is a furniture store you can visit but just do a search on the address they provide and come up with your own conclusion Or just try calling the phone numbers they provide and draw your own conclusion on that also I was totally shocked when thinking I was buying from an American website and then getting an alert from my credit card company that my card was charged Internationally from Hong Kong As of today I have over 1300 taken off a credit card no refund and of course not what I purchased because I canceled my order 1 2 hour after purchasing it

BEWARE
BEWARE Normally not one to bash others businesses but those considering a purchase should be informed that this company scammed me out of 1 895 00 I ordered a desk chair from them and despite having successfully received hundreds of packages without ever having a single problem at my address Kinnls logistics services said they were unable to deliver the package Because I never received the package I asked for a refund on March 30th 2023 and got confirmation from the logistics service that the product was returned to Kinnls successfully on April 10th 2023 Despite many many attempts by me to recover my refund Kinnls has been barely responsive and has not sent a refund as of today July 27th 2023 These are all true facts and are not intended to be made in a defamatory manner but rather a precautionary one

Terrible Quality Dishonest Company
Horrible company They hide legitimate bad reviews in the reviews section on their website so the products seem well-rated The desk I bought is junk Clearly low quality They make you drill parts in with no instructions or indications in the wood It s not even assembly at that point I m just building a desk with wood scraps Please do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs I wish I had

Bought a chair for almost 2 000 and the seat pad was lumpy and uncomfortable and appeared to be a manufacturing defect I even purchased their refund insurance for 50 extra I reached out regarding the defect and wanted to return the chair but they would not accept it and said that they couldn t accept the loss Further after performing an image search on their catalog photos of my chair I was able to find the same chair for sale on alibaba for roughly 500 It s clear that they are just buying relative garbage and then marking it up by 400

kinnls does not stand behind their product even if damaged
I contacted kinnls when i purchased the chair bc we couldn t figure out how to lock it they send you useless assembly info when the piece that s broken is not assembled by customer i called again yesterday and today after two hours no one can help me send an email and their web says they do not reply to emails they are very busy l buyer beware wonderful product if it weren t damaged and horrible horrible customer support it doesn t exist l they are too busy never again my friends love the chair after my experience they re going somewhere else

Total lack of customer service after the sale
There is no assembly instruction manual anywhere in the world Found a short video on line but it did not include two key parts that were included with the shipment So after assembly the arm rests were wobbling back and forth and they have ZERO customer service You can t call them and they won t call you All I want to know is if I assembled correctly I sent videos pictures and a detailed description of how I assembled The contact at Kinnls keeps referring to the mfr so I m not sure who he works for I suspect this is a Chinese company with a California address
