Not sure what these people are up to but I got a Chime card from them that at first scared me as I thought it was some kind of scam Now I believe it is a marketing tool that Stride Bank is using to try to drum up business I was married to a banker for 22 years and we would NEVER have done something like this Am going to warn all my Oklahoma friends NOT to bank with them HORRIBLE

How can we get this bank shut down As I understand the Office of Comptroller of the Currency regulates US banks Do they have the ability to shut down banks for fraud How is it that banks like Stride that willfully and fraudulently hold customer funds while the customer remains locked out be allowed to do this practice over and over

Terrible service as soon as I told them my problem they hung up immediately multiple times with multiple people and I recorded everything They don t want to help you they just want your money and ghost you DO NOT BANK WITH THEM I will be building a case with them with other people and using my following to tear them down until they decide to do right by their customers

Shady and RUDE
have never been treated so poorly by a bank the customer service rep would not repeat her name when I asked for it at the end of the conversation they refuse to acknowledge their relationship with Chime yet I have a Stride Bank routing number on my Chime card Their business practices seem shady and I reported them to FDIC

WORST BANK EVER YOUR MONEY ISNY SAFE WITH THEM
I can t leave no stars so I put one This bank is the worst bank I ve ever worked with They allowed someone to steal all my money within 10 hours and then never helped me get it back Don t ever use the card issued through dasherdirect I think it s an inside job It s hard to service these days and they allow people to steal and they didn t help me at all WORST BANK EVER Zero star STRIDE BANK I hope those who have a lawyer sue the hell out of you and put you out of business

This is absolutely the worst bank ever they have stolen my money that i funded their account with even though i have a confirmation and transaction number they say i did not send them any deposit again i have a receipt from my cashapp that says they took my money i am a 56 year old handicapped man in Florida and 100 00 means a whole lot to me as i am stuck in a wheelchair and am not able to get around THIS IS HORRIBLE my name is Julio Pazos all im asking for is for them to do the right thing refund my money
