sent me the wrong battery To correct the issue they sent me the correct one before i d returned the other I paid for shipping for the return which they refunded Decent service that I expect other companies would not have provided

They are cheaters keep an eye

Hello On 15 december 2015 I was making an order at their website and when I was Paying by Paypal their website displayed me an error during payment with Paypal and I thought I have not enough funds on my first credit card so I changed the second credit card on Paypal as funding source and clicked Pay again but again the Error appeared So i definitely filled my credit card details manually direct in their website and clicked Pay and Payment was shown as Successful then But after 3 minutes when I opened my email address I saw two emails from Paypal that I have sent two payments to subtel de The error ones were sent already and I check my credit card statements and also asked my bank and it was true - my money were sent 3 times to them two times with Paypal and one time with Credit Card directly I call 2-3 times subtel de on phone and they don t accept that they have received 3 payments from me just One and I also sent email them 5-6 times to take a refund for 2 problematic Paypal transactions that displayed error but they don t accept at all that they have received 3 transactions valued at 69 90 Euro each from me they insist only one payment went to them They asked me to contact Paypal instead they should go to their Paypal account and issue a refund for the 2 problematic transactions So this is a practice of typical cheaters because they are trying with every possible way to keep my triple payment money in their pocket I am asking them to refund the two problematic Paypal transactions that appeared at their website - nothing else They can keep the credit card payment that was shown as Successful on their website and they delivered that order also On order invoice they sent me there is shown that order SDE710556 was paid using Credit Card I have made even before orders with them but had no problems like this but now I understand that they are cheaters so everybody who buys with them be careful next times

I wonder all these favorable opinions in Germany for in Poland there are many negative ones Some of them refers to extremely long delivery time other to not deliver the product at all My experience with this Company - having received the money Subtel issues neither order number nor any confirmation No e-mail contact no telephone info is possible

Wrong products advertised and bad customer service

I searched for a PC battery using my laptop model number and I got a match on their website and bought it But there was an error on their website the model number of my laptop was mistakenly on the wrong battery So I received the wrong battery I contacted their customer service and the response was very disappointing They said send it back and we will reimburse you But the shipping cost is more that the amount I will get back and they are not willing to pay for the shipping So in essence they are forcing me to keep a product I don t need So my advice is not to use their services There are other places that will give you way better safety and services

I don t understand who the customer is very poor customer service

Deeply disappointed with their customer service I have purchased a battery and it arrived 4 days after the promised delivery date I notified immediately and returned via post Though they say the money will be refunded within 7 days It has been 2 weeks and I haven t still received my money They hardly respond to e-mails Don t fall into their trap

Not as good as thy think they are

Used their searching facility to find a lens hood for my camera which I then ordered from the UK branch The product didn t fit Contacted Subtel and they could not have been more disinterested and unhelpful Refused to help Their representative was quite dismissive and didn t offer to find the right product as she probably didn t know Avoid this company

Bad quality and customer service

The battery I ordered for my MacBook is not ok It is warped curved or I don t know what would be the right word in English Anyway it is not straight And because of that it doesn t fit my MacBook computer It is useless Subtel asked me to return the battery to their address in Helsinki Finland I live in Tampere Finland They asked me to mail the battery at my own expense and they promised to return the postage costs to me when receiving the battery I was lucky enough to check Trustpilot before I mailed the battery A similar case had happened to some other Finn and he she never got the postage neither the price of the battery back I didn t return the battery Instead I complained via PayPal and asked for my money back Subtel didn t even reply to PayPal within the time limit they had so the case was closed and I got my money back DCan not recommend Subtel to anyone Avoid them
