Avoid Sunnah London - Deceptive Practices Poor Quality and No Refunds

I ordered three dresses from Sunnah London drawn in by their good looking website and discounts From the name you d expect a reputable Muslim clothing company based in London but this couldn t be further from the truth After waiting three weeks I was shocked to find out the items were coming from China When they finally arrived 3 weeks after I placed the order I was appalled the quality was unbelievably poor cheap fabric awful designs wrong sizes and nothing like the photos Basically I paid 112 for items that weren t even worth 5 Customer service managed by someone named Meryem Sumeya was no help at all I received lengthy sugar-coated responses offering almost sarcastic offers to resolve my issue 20 refund claiming the goods couldn t be returned due to their origin being sent from china After multiple emails and insisting on a full refund she laughably increased the offer to 30 she refused a phone conversation she talk about the company as if big with different department and often refers to the business as we etc but in reality its just one person running a scam from an address in East London As I insisting in returning them eventually I was told I could return the items to China at my own expense even though i sent picture showing the dresses didnt fit me and that the sizing and quality was extremely off I ended up sending the items back and paid and additional 30 postage fees making me in a loss of a total 142 I sent them as International signed and tracked and i emailed her proof of postage and a photo of the parcel from the post office she responded saying she needs to wait for the goods to arrive after a while i email her again to chase and share a screenshot showing the item being delivered Despite tracking proof of delivery and many follow-ups my refund was never issued from that point she stopped responding to me all together I have since reported this fraudulent company Avoid Sunnah London at all costs it s a scam that left me out of money time and patience Stay away and save yourself the nightmare I went through
