Great quality and fast turnround of emotionally important work

At short notice I needed to get several hundred photo prints scanned so that digital versions could be shown as a photo montage at a funeral I contacted Supaphoto first thing on a Monday morning within an hour I had delivered the prints I live locally and confirmed the fine details of my requirements By Thursday afternoon I had the prints and digital copies back in my possession The quality of the TIFF scans was excellent I was somewhat agitated about getting the work done quickly but throughout the engagement I was treated with empathy calm reassurance and kindness I have more photos to sort through and when I have done that I will be going back to Supaphoto to have them scanned

A professional fast service

I was recommended to Supaphoto through a friend who used the slide scanning service I wanted to transfer my old home videos to dvd and was toying with the idea of transferring them myself as I thought I would have time and there is equipment you can buy to do this but after reading their really informative website I decided to use Supaphoto instead I am so glad I did as bits of tape had twisted and stretched and Supaphoto was able to sort this out The end result was seamless and professional and the service was finished far quicker than I imagined I would definitely recommend Supaphoto and will use them again M C Brighton

I found Supaphoto by chance Finally I have been able to preserve family memories originally taken on VHS over 35 plus years ago There were a few hiccups during the process but Supaphoto went above and beyond to sort things out

I had two cine films that were 70 years

I had two cine films that were 70 years old and which looked very faint and fragile that needed digitising When I telephoned to enquire about what could be done the person I spoke to was very helpful and gave me confidence in using the company I even had a telephone call when the cine films had been digitised to tell me that they were complete Digital files were sent via We Transfer with a DVD posted As it was the Christmas madness I was glad to get the digitised films electronically rather than wait for Postman Pat I was very happy with the company and the digitised films and would use them again and recommend them to friends It was nice to use a company that had a human touch and not the usual just doing a job attitude that seems to prevail these days
