Professional service with a human touch

We have been very pleased with the help and support we have received from Susan Payne Property from the initial viewing of the property all the way through the purchasing process we have been kept well informed as to how everything was progressing Jan Tooley in particular has been excellent she is proactive and has been great at keeping us calm when things were going a little awry All phone calls were answered and all emails responded to in a timely fashion which all helped to make us feel that our concerns were important even though we know the workload at Susan Payne has increased massively over the last few months and with it I would imagine so has the pressure the staff are under Special mention also for Sarah who showed us round the property initially she was well informed and friendly and was very helpful in responding to queries and keeping things moving along whilst Jan was on leave Thank you to you all

Excellent and efficient service

Choosing Susan Payne Property to sell our home was definitely the right one Excellent customer care communication and support throughout the whole process - which took a while Jan Tooley especially is an absolute diamond She did what I m sure is a difficult job at times with such dedication and friendliness that it really did feel as though we were her only clients She always made us feel we d get there in the end and I know it was her efforts alone above and beyond at times that kept our sale on track Superb support Highly highly recommend - thank so much Jan all the staff

The team at Susan Payne was professional and supportive from beginning to end Special mention to Rachel who spent two hours with us finding out about our home and taking a superb collection of photos Her written description reflected the artistry of her images and communicated so powerfully to the reader that we had 15 viewings booked within the first two days of the advertisement appearing Caroline and Sarah continued the good work conveying a knowledgeable and expert impression of the house to clients Jan the Office Manager was always ready to deal quickly and efficiently with any queries that we had about the sale Our overriding impression was of a close knit team who worked very well together and believed in what they were doing Susan Payne and her brother set the tone when they came to value the house looking for the positives and immediately taking an interest in us as well as in the style of our home We cannot praise the team at Susan Payne highly enough

This is the second time I have used Susan and her team and it s the second time they have sold my property at full asking price I couldn t ask for more from them very impressed from the valuing process all the way through to completion Thanks very much
