company sent pic Not the right color tone nor hair on the guy in the picture No refund nor could they just send the correct one First email said we can refund you but not full amount as each one is custom designed made im black the guy they sent with my wife in the pic is white so no it was not unique nor personal then after i stated this and wanted full refund or the correct picture They then said that I approved the picture and because I approved it they can give me 20 discount I never got any such preview nor would i have apprved it im black the guy is white the hair is way off It would have been a obvious no do it again

Delivery was kind of long but no issue

Delivery was kind of long but no issue there at all I m pleased with the delivery service part I am very disappointed in the actual picture tho This was supposed to be my wife s Xmas present and let s just say they made me look like a 60 year old man And made my Latina Mexican wife look like a white girl with freckles It s seriously garbage I reached out to them just now to ask if they would provide us with a better piece so hopefully I hear back from them

Either fraud or just plain stupid

They tell you on the website that you will receive a proof within 48 hours and then when I chased after this period apologised for the delay have not given me any further information and refuse to respond to my request for a refund I have raised a dispute fraud issue with my bank and will be taking legal action if a refund is not issued Avoid at all costs

Disappointed

The order to delivery process was too long I had to reach out to get the order confirmation sent and when I received the picture my wife s eyes were the wrong color She was completely devastated when it arrived the confirmation email was not clear enough for me to tell Very disappointed from beginning to end

This picture looks nothing like the people in the photo sent We would LOVE to return it

The frame that I bought with my portrait doesn t fit the portret and was so tight it damaged the portret And the portret wasn t really as good as I hoped it would be
