how unprofessional is talabat and blaban

I ve been received the wrong order i placed order of blaban tri dual qushtouta worth of 64 dhs and received another order worth of 58 dhs i felt being professional this was not expected at all i left the order as such outside i felt betrayed and scammed please be professional if u are claiming u are the best in ur service

So much hidden fees and you ended up paying up to 200 more

They charge restaurants a lot of fees and they cut 30 on top of the delivery and service fees charged to the customer So restaurant ending up either raising the price on talabat or reducing their margin When I compare some restaurants I noticed that difference is huge In some you ended up paying 200 more if you order from talabat and from some restaurant who have their own application it will cost you almost 40 less Delete the app Them charging 30 and other from the resultant on top of charging Delivery and service fees to customer is just too much

Talabat in Dubai damages the image of high service standards that Dubai tries to maintain and deliver to satisfy customers and tourists I did not receive my order completely I asked for a refund for the items I never received but only half of my money was refunded Customer service is very poor and incompetent They do not take your inquiries seriously and reply by copying pasting the same reply over and over again The delivery men are not well trained They don t know the routes very well They always seem to drive away from the final destination making the delivery time longer and the food becoming soggy and cold It is very frustrating when you have a hungry family with children waiting to eat The delivery men don t speak proper English which makes it hard to understand what they are saying or for them to understand you They promise discount but when you proceed for checkout you find hidden fees Delivery fees and service fees are high Who pays service fees in their home country when they order meals Overall very bad service and not loyal to customers They promise you a refund but it s all a scam I have already deleted my account and removed the app I will never order from them

Refunds that earn them more money

Wrong item delivered not possible to upload photos on their app Emailed CS bounced back to Help Center Decided to report missing item instead They credited 15dhs But to get same item delivered I would need to pay 41 53 because 30dhs minimum two of the items comes to 29 90 so have to add something plus delivery and service charges Delivery and service charges should be refunded And it should be refunded back not credited Anyway they can keep the 15 that will cost me 41 53 App deleted

Purposely Talabat forcing delivery guy to drop order to wrong location

I ordered from a location and order went to some other location and there is no option available on their app to contact them No chat option or contact no I was trying to connect with them since 25 mins When I got the delivery guy contact I informed him the location is wrong so he said cancel the order and I will tell talabat to call u So after his help the talabat called me and then they say that we cannot cancel now as the order is prepared I was trying to reach them since 25 mins when the order was not prepared so why it s my mistake and moreover the manager called me and listening to my issue he disconnected my call and never called back The driver told me that talabat on the other hand told them to deliver the food at wrong location The driver told the client called me and he is not available there still they forced him to deliver at the wrong location The most worst service app and people I ever Useless pathetic people I ever Found I have already uninstalled this app from My phone and never to order ever and will see to it no one orders from this useless talabat on my network Please don t eat our money talabat if u can t provide service properly

Horrible customer service

Im really shocked by their customer service Nowhere near the minimum level of professionalism when you compare them to the competitors out there

waited my order for 2 hours and I contacted customer service and he told me that they will deliver as soon as possible but they canceled it due to damage packaging drama since I paid it already so I don t have choice but to reorder it again and waited another 2 hours talabat is completely disaster now I deleted the apps and downloaded SMILES fast delivery and u can get a lot of offers and discounts guys try smiles apps u won t regret promise

The worst delivery company ever i have had the worst delivery experience which lasted more that 4 hours and was not delivered at the end With continuous lies and misleading info and miserable customer service

I ordered from plaza dine restaurant for 38 qr including delivery and when i received the food it was very disappointing the food quality is rubbish i asked for refund and i can give back the food to them as it was bad And this talabat only gave 15qr refund Be careful better not to order from them better snoonu and rafeeq and deliveroo
