I have used one of the Dementia Trackers for my mother for the last 4 years The process to purchase and set up the device and payment could not be easier The device allows me to keep an eye on my mothers location and also call here on the device if needed It also has an SOS facility she can use which will contact certain people to help her if needed I only had one issue over the 4 years caused by myself changing a setting in the app which was answered and resolved the same day This company provide excellent equipment backed up by a very personal and professional team who are always there to help you If you need any of their devices GPS tracker phone tablet etc then look no further than this company

An important piece of equipment

My partner has has a tracker from some considerable time as he has Alzheimer s He also has a habit of trying to escape when the tracker has proved invaluable To be able to see exactly where he is has been amazing and if he is out with carers my phone is alerted when he is within the vicinity and on his way home I would thoroughly recommend The team are also extremely helpful if you have a problem and sort it out quickly

A1 Excellent tracker for dementia sufferers

We used the tracker for my father in law who has Alzheimer s From the minute we started using it it was a game changer When he wandered we knew exactly where he was and found him straight away Most importantly the battery on the devise lasted days which was so important as sometimes we would forget to put it in charge but this was not an issue if this happened compared to other trackers we used Customer service is second to none An excellent company I really would and have recommended this tracker to anyone with a relative with dementia as it gives peace of mind and does exactly what it is meant to do

The Tech support was excellent

The Tech support was excellent We had a few issues with locating the tracker when it left the Geo fence I discussed this with tech support and they were brilliant responding to my voice message on a Sunday and defining the issue with great clarity That sorted the issue Sadly my mother moved into a care home and so the tracker is no longer required I left a voice message to explain and had a very pleasant email response from Tech support who tied up the loose ends on my behalf So as I say excellent tech support which is so important when tailoring the device to your needs
