It used to be good now its the worst network in Pakistan and been so for over an entire year

They claim 4G network However it is 3G because walkie talkie of police or military or security guard can alter low frequency signals It is unbelievable these government employees are allowed to bring home their equipment and their kids get to play corporate espionage Telenor are scam artists Limiting users until 4am I mIn haji camp Lahore Mcloed Davis both should be ashamed of themselves Our customers want to know from shabaz shareef and bilawal bhutto why Pakistani are dependent on India China and Germany Why not let KGB RAW or Communist China lead your intelligent telecomPakistan Ch

Telenor is very bad network in Pakistan today

It used to be goo infact one of the best but since 2022 outages due to fiber cuts the service has not been restored properly the speeds are abysmal at best and its not a one off thing all across punjab from Isb to Lhr for the entire year and half the service has been useless I get decent upload speeds upto 40mbps at times but download speed is 4mbs max when it does work rarely but most of the time u get 500kbps-1mbps max absolute garbage experience for over a whole year

I am a pioneer telnor user and it used to be soo good but since a year it internet has become pathetic now i want to shiftn to either zong or mobilink im so done with telenor

They deserve negative rating due to poor customer service as well as poor internet speed They converted my SIM to postpaid regardless of previous monthly subscription has 12 days yet

I wouldn t even give them a 1 star if I had the option Their internet service is awful calls don t connect Even there is issue sending sms at times

Telenor unauthorized Subscription

Telenor subscribed me for an unwanted digital service Koyal and kept stating that I subscribed to the offer and their customer service insisted that I would have clicked some link by mistake when I tried it by myself just clicking to the link doesn t subscribe service there are 2 3 steps involved that cant be done by mistakenly clicking a link All their promotional msgs goes to SPAM and there is no way to click those link this is 2nd time I am experiencing such problem they never own this plus subscription was made at 6am morning the time I am always sleeping
