Wish I had investigated further before ordering What people say is true -- customer service is abysmal They simply do not have any of their s together They have ridiculous processing shipping timelines and don t give a damn about their customers to make matters worse they sent me an automated email asking how I like my shorts before i received them This is 2 days after I sent a customer service inquiry that was never replied to insane

Doesn t meet shipping SLAs expect a 2-3 week wait with no updates especially for exchanges Customer Service doesn t reply to emails - you must send several follow ups Worst of all they claim to issue refunds to your bank on return though actually don t so you have to file disputes with your credit card company Overall terrible company with poor ethics that markets well

First things first the products themselves are pretty good I like the shorts and ordered 8 pairs in 12 months for various activities Expensive but I really like the shorts Second things second I will not buy another item from this group until they make my last order right by refunding it at the very least and there s really clear evidence their customer service has improved dramatically They say 4-5 days shipping It took over a month and I actually never received my item They suggested I reach out to Intelcom or DHL to try to reroute intercept my order and offered me a 15 discount on my next order insanely presumptuous and wrong This company needs an operator who cares about and can meaningfully improve the customer experience

I ordered 2 pair of shorts I was patient with the long time for order processing and shipping However I washed one pair twice 30 days after receiving my order and let them air dry only to discover that the taped hem became undone I sent a request to customer to determine a resolution and have not received a response

I have ordered a number of Ten Thousand Products for my husband Initially he loved the clothes However several things have gone wrong First the hem has come unglued on one of the pairs of shorts They are washed on delicate and never placed in the dryer The hems are glued not sewn I ordered one of the Interval long sleeved shirts as a Christmas gift It does not fit However the return process on-line does not work I emailed customer service several times When they finally responded was told to do exactly what I had been doing One time I finally got through on the return website and after going through the entire process I was unable to hit submit to complete the process In addition they are not offering the full price for what I paid for the item There is no customer service phone number even if you search on-line The items take weeks to get This is probably the worst company I have ever tried to deal with Do not order from them

Ordered numerous times with issues with orders Wrong items sent items just never sent etc Countless emails to customer service with zero response No phone number to call Absolutely pathetic customer service

How can a company not have a working customer service team Email no response live chat is just a bot that obviously can t help No phone number to call Pretty much if you order from them its a gamble to see if you get a good product and for the price they charge it s just not worth the gamble Once you receive a bad product like i did there is just absolutely no one to help you Highly recommend to stay away just so many better brands out there with the same price tag lulu vuori alo etc and they have GASP both online and offline customer service reps

Came here and saw so many buyers encounter the same situations as me such a shame of this business Here is my experience Buyers beware Ten Thousand does not provide any warranty claim or customer service In December of last year I ordered interval shorts and pants Unfortunately one of the interval pants arrived with cracked strings Despite multiple attempts to contact them through emails and their website s warranty claim I never received any response Adding to the frustration Ten Thousand claimed to partner with Therabody offering a free mini Theragun for purchases exceeding 250 made in the last week of December 2023 However I never received the promised mini Theragun and my numerous attempts to contact both companies have gone unanswered Ten Thousand appears to be a poorly managed business with inadequate customer support and unfulfilled promises And the price is just not worth it

I cannot fathom how a company can be so consistently incapable of posting an order out correctly This is the 3rd time now they have gotten my order wrong The last time I had to chase them in regards to my order and they simply told me that there was a warehousing issue and that they would need to cancel my order Not so much as a discount code or a voucher - I d waited well over 3 weeks and had to chase then up This really isn t good enough and to be honest I m over purchasing from your brand

I tried to return a hoodie I ordered from the website but it said final sale when I started the returns process I am not happy with the quality of the clothing at the price point At no time did I see any final sale marking while buying the hoodie or while checking the order through my account on their site I m assuming they added this because I had a starting discount code I have never dealt with this before and will never buy from here again
