Used Instagram to ask about a specific feature in new shorts Session 2 Was told it had a phone pocket on the leg as the photo said so I ordered it When it came this feature was not present

Fit on shirt was off for my body Sleeves are very short Was cut more like a woman s fit Quality overall was very nice though Just fit me weird Still a good product

I own several of the session shorts and am very pleased with the durability and fit The shirts however are not good They snag very easily I ve tried all three weights of the shirts They fit and feel nice but they look bad after a few workouts The snags on the shirts happen too easily and I won t purchase any again I tried contacting customer service and I couldn t find a number on the website I d give the shorts a 5 star shirts 1 star and customer service 1 star That s where I get the 2 stars in my rating

Versatile T shirt ripped off like a paper towel when i try taking off I bought 3 of their t shirts thinking it was going to be great for traveling after long 2 days of flying and jumping from flight to flight i try taking off the t shirt just for it to ripped like it was made it out of paper normally i would care less if it was cheap t shirt but if you are paying a premium 40-50 dollars this should have not happened i contact their costumer service they refuse to provide with a replacement we cannot accept your replacement request for the following reason s Product s showing damage from improper care so much for their lifetime guarantee

I love my interval shorts This is about the only good experience I have had I have also ordered two pairs of tactical shorts that snagged after one workout I got two long sleeve shirts that also snagged after one completely different workout plus the arm pit area had threads coming loose on both shirts I also receive a pair of pants that had threading coming loose So out of the 5 or 6 products I have tried I returned everything except the interval shorts which hold up pretty well everything else has quality and durability issues

Sizing all over the place - significant variance Latest order not dispatched more than 3 weeks after order and no response from customer services Time to move and find the new kid on the block in the hope that they value their customers for a little longer

Shipping is way to slow I cannot remember when I had to wait that long

I ve purchased over 3 100 in shorts shirts and sweatpants from this company I own multiple pairs of set shorts interval shorts tactical shorts and their interval session and foundation pants and their versatile durable and lightweight shirts Pullover hoodies and socks To say I m a fan boy is an understatement Their material fit-and-finish is top notch in my opinion and I love wearing their clothes Keep in mind that most of their sizes seem a bit tight If you wear a medium on most other brands you may want to go with a large on this company for shorts and sweats Why am I starting to look elsewhere Their customer service SUCKS I ve had frequent long order delays with the 25 orders returns that I ve done over the last 18 months Enough that I have no confidence that I ll get any products soon after I order During a recent move I listed the wrong shipping address and contacted customer service immediately and it took them over 2 days to get back to me Yeah my fault I get it But good customer service would have solved this Needless to say on that particular order it shipped to wrong address Other times they just don t ship in stock items as quickly as you would expect in modern e-commerce expectations 1 to 2 days after placing order This has happened multiple times to me Last week I contacted the company after not getting a ship notification after 3 days for 2 new pairs of interval pants I ordered They emailed 24 hours later that was unexpected and they said good news it was in preparing for shipment status It has now been 9 business days after ordering the in stock items and no info on if when I ll get the pants I m also a DECEM MILIA status member with a special VIP email account and still they act like I don t exist Most orders go smoothly and on a few occasions they stepped up and helped when needed But there are enough delays over time that I m really frustrated with this company and have lost confidence in their service I personally believe they over-sell products that are listed as in stock either by accident or planned delay waiting for it to come in on the boat My joke now is it will be Ten Thousand Hours to get any real help or product from this company I ve never tried to get replacement ties or to have them honor a warranty for poor workmanship good but I have no trust they will honor it or make it easy bad based on other reviews I ll probably start looking now back at northface Arc teryx lululemon Vuori Nobull brands Lots to choose from and probably need to back off a bit with this company FYI I tried to post a similar 3-star review on their website yesterday but shorter and I noticed it is not uploaded even after clicking their verify email that I wrote it Hmmmm

I m really conflicted here Love the gear but nearly all of my shorts have come apart due to whatever press seal is being used This leaves my shorts frayed and coming apart Everything else is clearly built to last and I hope this gets resolved

Shorts fit well and true They are well made and comfortable Three stars because the elastic in one pair in the waist band is not fixed and it has turned into a rope within the fabric
