I like the shorts but the sizing is not the same with each order Some xlarge are smaller than others I think they are mislabeled I bought a pair with a liner in the same size as my other shorts They should fit right Nope they are at least 1 full size too small Company would not return because i cut the liner out Frustrating Onto another brand

Customer Service is top notch I ordered 6 pairs of interval shorts in the summer of 2021 The shirts were great but the waistbands quickly became crumpled and had no structure with the drawstrings we crumpled as well I only ended up wearing the shorts for a few months and then couldn t stand them any longer I had chalked it up to buyers remorse and searched for a new athletic wear company It occurs ti me the following summer when cleaning out my drawers that I should attempt to reach out to Ten Thousand and explain my issues and see if there was anything they were willing to do After submitting a few pictures to illustrate the problems they approved an exchange over a year from the original purchase They replaced the pairs I had issue with and I again love wearing these shorts The waistbands seem to be a bit more robust than the original pairs I had purchased so I am hoping that these new shorts hold up

Liked the product itself tactical shorts but a clothes company seeking to expand should have a telephone number for customer service which they don t Had an issue with a lost item and could only have email exchanges regarding the issue It seems the customer service person only works one day a week to answer concerns

Excellent products except for the beanies - I am constantly having to adjust them pull down on my head - It s clearly the fabric - Unfortunately I bought both the black and Viking red - Waste of money

More like a 3 for the shorts I have about 7 pairs and 5 of them have a busted zipper pocket The pockets can be a little confusing as well Does this one have the cell phone pocket in the liner Is there a key pocket in the waistband Is it in the front our back It s not consistent across the different shorts which I guess makes sense and I ve found even within the same type of short it can be different I have two pairs of the session short and the zipper pocket is on the left on one pair and on the right on the other What Oh and both of those zipper pockets are broken To be fair the care instructions DO say to line dry and I don t always do that Their customer support is also quick to replace them if need be The shirts are a 4 for sure maybe even a 4 5 Perfect fit and generally pretty bomb proof Overall I dig the fit the material and colors There s just small quality issues with the pockets and I hope they re fixed soon

Awesome product and service however color Choice for a tactical pant is way off for the brown Curry is not tactical coyote brown or khaki is

They feel great and look great everything I would say is perfect would maybe be nice with one extra pocket I got the lined ones and personally only reason I gave a 4 star is because the underwear in them are a little too tight for my liking I like things to be held in place but still have some freedom Haha

Quality goods especially the shorts Need to work on fitment for overzip shirts Medium does not mean small Be careful when choosing as they run small Thanks for listening
