Shopping and shipping is great Customer service amazing I ve had two pairs of Set shorts now though and both have seams that are coming apart First pair was replaced by the company and the second pair is coming apart now too Otherwise everything is fantastic but my experience with this particular product hasn t been great

Great product Well developed and thoughtfully made The only thing that I would improve are the shipping times Processing and Arrival times are much slower compared to other brands

Your product is wonderful and

Your product is wonderful and incredibly sturdy I am able to do any kind of workout and the product remains in tact as well as using your product for casual events I would recommend them to anybody I only have one issue as I have purchased from Ten Thousand now two times and the discount they gave me for the first purchase I wasn t able to use as it didn t show up in my account so I never got the chance to use it on my second purchase I m very disappointed

Great shorts and great customer service

I started out buying two pairs of Interval shorts to try out and loved them so much that I ordered two more pairs a couple of months later After a year or use and abuse they re holding up great and I decided to order a couple more pairs I decided to try the Session shorts They were delivered in a couple of days after I ordered them but unfortunately they just missed the mark for me in terms of fit So I emailed customer service about returning them and not being able to pick the colors that I wanted through the return loop They responded quickly and recommended that I do a regular return and reorder the colors that I wanted I will only ever get my workout shorts from Ten Thousand Thanks for making a great product and being there for the customer

Love this brand

Love this brand I now own 4 pairs of the Foundation short 3 pairs of the session short and 8 pairs of the Interval short just adding the new color Vapor to my line up Highly recommend this brand and advocate for them to anyone who ll listen

Excellent shorts and excellent customer service I wear interval shorts everyday for CrossFit and they are comfortable and look great Looking forward to more colors releasing and will definitely buy more Only feedback I have is for the inside tag to be removed on the lined versions

Great product and company to work with Recently had to do an exchange because we missed a promotion by a day or two instead of having to ship things back for a return I asked to have the sale credited back to me They did so and saved me a headache Really appreciated it Also genuinely love the clothing form TT

Top quality products and customer service

Ten Thousand products are always top quality And the customer service is always friendly responsive and action oriented I would like to see delivery times get a little better although I suspect that is more influenced by shipping delays overall vs a specific issue by Ten Thousand I highly recommend
