I purchased shorts for a Xmas gift the package was never delivered and the company refuses to give you the money back for a product that was never delivered Here is the official answer I received from them Incre ble that a company can be so dishonest As a courtesy we will allow a one-time compensation for lost packages Please note that since the shipping carrier has not gotten back to us and there is a confirmed delivery returns on any compensated lost packages will end with store credit or exchange there are no refunds

Absolutely NO response to 4 emails They messed up my order and then just ghosted me I don t even understand how this is legal I am getting buyers protection from my credit card involved this is insane Wished I bother looking at this site before I ordered

Bought 6 items 2 months ago Only received 2 and haven t received any updates on the other 4 items Not worth the price for the clothes either Very disappointedUpdate 2 5 months later after contacting my credit card company about a fraudulent charge and then investigating it they ve decided to send me a tracking number so I guess the rest is coming now Still would never order from them again

Items not received No response from customer service No number to call Filed a dispute with my credit card company and will never order from them again

They didnt send my order and said that the system had a glitch oh but first they said that the merchandise had a hold at port which didnt make any sense since the system wont allow to purshase anything that is not available Finally they offered a store credit like anybody in their straight mind would want to go through this whole process again Not the experience you would like to have to buy 100 bucks shorts Customer service to sort the problem was decent

Used to love their shorts but they changed the design on their waist band which now bunches up after several washings Shorts I bought 5 years ago are still in great shape but the ones I bought recently are of inferior quality The dems has become unglued Customer service is horrible Will never buy from them again

So somehow my old address populated on my order from PayPal Not even 24 hours after I realized that something was wrong I contacted ten thousand I was told that there was simply nothing they could do and I needed to intercept the package through USPS Well I contacted my old USPS office to ensure that the package would be forwarded to my address Well here we are three weeks later and the package never arrived from DHL to USPS This company is a fraud It s customer service is honestly garbage and I hope they get the pants sued off of them for lying to customers

This would have been my fourth purchase with TenThousand and will absolutely be my last A company that spends more on omni-channeling marketing than it does on its infrastructure to deliver a product Would have loved a product that was in stock within 4 weeks but was too tall of an ask and no follow-up Purchase Legends or vuori shorts instead

If anything changes for the better or at least I receive them and they re worth the wait with great quality I ll adjust my review but I m very close to disputing a charge on my credit card I didn t want to believe the reviews when it came to customer service but man oh man There customer service is TRASH I ve waited for 4 weeks now for my shorts to ship I have never been so frustrated with shipment for clothing They should be embarassed

I recently made a purchase while they were promising the theragun mini with a purchase of over 250 I had been on the fence with their workout clothes but decided to make the leap with this offer My order was finally shipped after 10 days I get it it s the holidays but when it arrived there was no theragun I reached out to the company and they informed me that it would be shipped and fulfilled by therabody so I reached out to therabody and they said that they have no record of that order and to reach out to the original company I placed the order with Reached back out to ten thousand cc via email and social media and have yet to hear back Customer service is abysmal Shorts are nice but overpriced and for all the hassle you re better off going with one of the tens of other high end gym clothing companies I would never recommend ten thousand cc to anyone An absolute nightmare And a pos company scamming their customers If I don t hear from them soon I will be disputing the charge on my credit card
