Awful customer service

After mistakingly putting my own address as apose to it s intended recipient I immediately tried to contact there customer service to get it changed After 48 hours they got back to me and said there was nothing they could do and I should be more careful in future Best bit the potato never even arrived

Surprise butterfly is a waste of money

Paid extra for the surprise butterfly I then recorded my partners reaction only for nothing to pop out and surprise her The paper butterfly was there but remained in one place when opened It went from a potential exciting gift experience to a boring one within seconds Interesting and fun gift ideas but the final result was disappointing Nothing like the videos they show This was my 2nd time ordering won t be ordering again

Poor service

Poor service I have Royal Mail deliveries on a regular basis to the recipients house and items are left outside I even specified for the item to be left outside On this occasion it was apparently taken back and now the item has been returned to text a potato I asked for a refund but they have refused

I wouldn t bother The potato never arrived They claim a card was left I have since spoken to the recipient who didn t receive a card to say it had tried to be delivered I even specified for it to be left outside which royal mail has done on numerous occasions previously They won t refund for an item that never came And instead are trying to charge me again That s their idea of helpful

Would not recommend at all Paid for the surprise butterfly have never been more disappointed Absolutely waste of time it did not move Had build such expectation and even filmed the absolute damp squid of a product

Ignorant customer service after 2 emails

The socks that I ordered for my dad s birthday still didn t arrive after the promised 3-5 business day period I still don t have any info about where they are Not to mention the extremely unprofessional and ignorant silence after I had to send 2 emails asking where the package is since they didn t send any delivery update emails after it was purchased

Ordered 2 and a half weeks ago and still not received my item Sent them 2 emails and 2 instagram messages and been ignored Awful customer service and scammers Do not order from them

Worst company I ve ever dealt with Order arrived 4 weeks after placed and no one was responding to emails I thought the company had gone into administration Very poor and no offer of returning the item that s extremely poor quality Would not recommend

I ordered a photo potato with message Absolute rubbish some text written on it with a marker pen and a printed photo glued to it I was given the impression the pictures were printed on the potato Should have saved my money and made it myself or got my young child to make it Save your money stay away
