I spoke to Talacha on the phone today about a couple of delayed journey refunds over the last few weeks and she was great She was very quick friendly and helpful and resolved my problem straight away Sometimes I feel like we as customers of the TFL are quick to complain but never say anything when speak to someone that s great so thank you My reference - 12296264

Today 29 09 19 I lost my jacket with my oyster card in the pocket at Walthamstow station and I managed to retrieve my jacket from the cleaner but only to find my oyster card missing I spoke to a lovely gentleman with long blond light brown hair informing him what had happened His name is Simeon He was so efficient and went beyond to assist me I m truly grateful to him I now have a new oyster card and have my weekly payment transferred Thank you so much

Terry is amazing
Terry is amazing She was so helpful especially in this current situation which I m sure they are short of staff She helped me with the refund process as I havent used it since the isolation weeks She was so friendly on the phone we even chatted about our favourite video games Terry is a credited to your company

This morning at Watford Met Underground Station I was helped by an official named Elvis My Oyster card would not read and I needed to get a train to London ASAP Elvis was courteous respectful and professional He was servicing a machine at the time but stopped straight away and sorted my problem quickly and efficiently We are all very quick to criticise but a big shout out to Elvis today

I used the 315 bus route Saturday 5th June arriving in Balham approx 3 20 pmBus no 8162Buses were on diversion through Streatham and I was somewhat dis oriented and surprised to see a 315 on the road I ended up onThe driver took time to assure me I was heading the right way that I could board safely in an unusual location for me and make sure I was dis embarking in the right placeHe was most pleasant and professional A real credit to your service and companyIf my thanks could be passed on to him I would be most grateful Thank youJim Quinn
