I paid a little over 5K for them to do a query letter synopsis outline I had to do it myself with one of their staff workers Who had no idea how to do any of them Since that time I asked for some new copies First they sent an incorrect one that had zero to do with my books then sent nothing Their phone system is a nightmare I d say a rating of 1 is way too high Robert Isenberg
