Terrible customer service
Ordered 3 packs of 2 biodance masks back in May and took almost a month to arrive I felt I m being scammed when I saw their gmail account and also that they are sending them from China and not Korea I paid 256 06 lei 51 47 and they sent me 4 no name masks I didn t have the courage to put that on my face so I threw them away This is a SCAM Chinese website Don t buy from it

SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE
Hello I bought masks and wanted to correct the shipping address I sent several emails to their contact form and email address but after a week I have not received any response I wrote a review here and they responded to me saying only done There was no greeting no Best wishes nothing Just done So they are not aware about business communication rules Now based on information from the courier company I see that my package has arrived at the airport of my country but the status has not changed for 20 days I wrote them an email 10 days ago they replied that the package will be delivered within 48 hours but still nothing I responded to them 6 days ago that I did not receive it but they did not respond Please do not buy from this site Horrible customer service no updates no explanation I am not sure if I will get my package Unfortunately I can not give them 0 Otherwise I would give

This is a scam on Instagram I ordered 16 masks paid for the priority handling and insurance I still haven t received anything The link in the confirmation email doesn t work When I contacted apparent the real Biodance com company they said that they are not related to this offer This is a big scam on Instagram I advise you to not click on their ads as Meta gives a damn who is advertising with them They should make an initial check if their advertisers are ligit This is the last time I ordered anything via Instagram or any other social media platform It s a disgusting way of making business Shame on the scammer and on Meta
