I was with the directory guys for a year and they did nothing they saying wait up to 90 days than verification They playing a year like this When I stop the contract they delete all details I put on

nothing but a bunch iof crooks lets wait now for the quick reply to say sorry you felt this way gaslighting and ask for detail to look into it but the general replies are shocking Dont waste apenny of your hard earned cash with these people and bring more joy to your life by avoiding them

Company has called multiple times and despite my polite refusal continue to call with aggressive sales tactics and do not accept no for an answer attempting to continue a call by saying that I m clearly not interested in getting better Google listings If I want to expand my online presence I may look up a company such as this however certainly not with an enterprise that approaches prospective leads the way that the last two agents from the Directory guys have I do not appreciate being spoken to like I am a 12 year old with no knowledge of how to advertise and market my own business venture One agent claimed that he has only called once in the past year yet my call logs state otherwise Please do better in the future Directory Guys Just not with me

Never trust them avoid and never paid those scammers it s s proper scam hopefully I didn t pay Who will call you and asked to pay with your card straight up after the call without sending any contract anything DONT EVEN REPLY TO THEM

Wrong people to do business with they had us on board for one month contract and call them don t want to be with them they were trying collect money from bank plus trying get us again after a year signing with them a Happy with my SEO Npwebservices Ltd

Definitely DON T RECOMMEND this company First they charged me every month for 6 months with no results When I saw the raports they did absolutely nothing I didn t have even one call from costumers I was literally invisible on Google and after cancellation of our contract they blocked my business Google account They are a huge time and money wasters Don t trust them they just want to take money with promises at the beginning that if you re not happy then they make a refund Lie They never give you back your money I m extremely disappointed and because of these people I don t trust to honest others people

Disappointing Experience with Promised Results

I engaged with Directory Guys based on their promise to improve our Google rankings and help us reach the first page for our business Unfortunately the results fell far short of these assurances Not only did we fail to see any significant improvement in our ranking but we also didn t experience the anticipated business growth Throughout the process communication was often lacking and there seemed to be no concrete strategy or follow-through to achieve the results we were told to expect I was led to believe that this investment would bring measurable returns but it has not made any difference to our online visibility or customer inquiries I would not recommend them to other businesses seeking genuine SEO support and results It was an expensive lesson for our business and I hope others can avoid a similar experience

SUSPENDED Google Business account whilst with them

My google profile account got suspended whilst with them No replies to emails spoke to manager who was lovely but no action after that and no reply to emails Business has taken a huge hit due to now suspended account I noticed only minimal activity from their side whilst they were with myself I have terminated my contract with them

AVOID AVOID Total scam - you will not receive even half you ve been promised Tried ringing - got no answer emails - no answer Cancellation is not possible Money money-back guarantee is nothing to guarantee I disputed it with the bank and only then were they bothered about talking to me They will treat you like you say nonsense and they never provide services you have been told before you signed up Worst ever experience
