Quality Customer Service

These guy s are professional and definitely customer service is their highest priority They have helped me out with any question I had Even though my website isn t 100 they have still made me appear high on Google rankings which has helped with work I ve used Yell and the likes which is never recommended as I ve got no work from them in 1year But just 4 weeks under these guys and the phone is ringing which is definitely what we all need On top of all this they regularly email me updates on how the stats look and if I have anything to update the profile which is great as I don t have to do a thing other than send them some content once a month

My business has been booming since these guys built up my online presence everything they have done for me has been great and the price for the packages are amazing For what they do and the amount of business I have received you would think you be charged a lot more but not with this company pick the package that best suits you I ve saved loads with The Directory Guys

Happy to see myself show up for London City

When joining the directory guys I had an SEO company for around a year who advised they would be able to get my business showing up for London City I can now say this month for the first time I have seen myself listed in London City and that is all down to these guys The customer service team is great and kept me updated monthly All round a very good experience I look forward to my online presence continually being worked on

They do what they say

They do what they say And are responsive to requests I found it easy to navigate and communicate with them not getting passed on to another person and always feeling like you re behind a wall and in the dark I got good results I had to push a bit for location to be more representative due to rural market and for ad frequency to increase What makes all the difference however is being able to have the conversation

Brilliant response with regards to prompt updating of business pages with new photos info etc Account manager Anastasia goes above and beyond to ensure the account is achieving its highest possible outcome Thank you for all your help

I recently stopped working with The

I recently stopped working with The Directory Guys for personal reasons but they assisted me with my business in 2022 Scott was my manager and he was always able to listen to my concerns and provide me with advice to help me too and gave advice on using social media too I will look at using their services in the future
