Shanell has made my experience great From the very beginning she made sure that as my account manager my google business profile was verified and up and running She even overcame any issues I had with Google and the verification process Friendly and helpful I have to say that Shanell not only met my expectations but exceeded them Her customer service is on point and worth the money Shanell also allayed any concerns or reservations that I may have had about the company and deserves a promotion
