Dont waste your money

Dont waste your money 80 a month is not an acceptable price to maybe appear slightly higher in a google search The management of my profile was a shambles also Unprofessional posts covered in emojis with incorrect pictures associated with the post When I rang to cancel they tried everything to keep me paying a monthly payment and when I had to get sturn with the admin because they wouldn t stop hounding me about it they got huffy and hung up the phone I d strongly advise to not waste your money as everything they do is probably better off done yourself as you know what you want from your business and they don t have a clue

Well what can I say Promised a lot and delivered little to my business Was with them for around 6 months and pretty much got no business cus of them My main or most important key word phrase only seem to get worked on after months of complaining Monthly reports sent are unclear and highly basic with no follow up call to explain Beware of the statistics sent as they are highly over exaggerated All in all save the money and hassle and look for someone independent to work on the google side of things for your business Am sure this may not be everyone s experience but this was mine

Edited reviewHey this is the second review on this company they admitted that they didn t provided me any services and the offered me a refund of 2 payments from 4 payments taken from my bank account I m still not happy because they admitted didn t provide me any service so why didn t refund all the monies taken from my bank account First review They called and said they are from Google and wanted to offer Me better advertising experience on the platform I started my membership with them and quickly opted out but they are still charging my account Will take them to court

Was a waste of money they promised load

Was a waste of money they promised load of contacts and not a single job Very disappointed with this company they are sharks in business and made it very difficult to cancel the payment Avoid them you have been warned

Check terms and Conditions

They promised to get me top for google searches for my city and industry but realistically only got me into the top 10 for key words I chose Get the Ts and Cs before committing to it

The main person I signed up with was very good unfortunately I did have some issues on other occasions but as soon I spoke to or was in contact with the right person the issues got resolved well

Odd way of verifing your account to begin the process

Paid for my account immediately been told to wait for verification number from Google via post I mean its 2018 I have to wait 4-14 days for a simple verification number 24 days after nothing arrives and nothing has been done on my account I request account closure receive a call which I m been told suddenly I can get verified instantly via phone After all I got credit for a free month and will continue working with them at this point Just make sure you call them after 10 days if you don t receive a code from Google to get you verified by phone

1 star is to good

Deleted 1 star review as heavy discount applied due to 0 return on first 3 months and promise of Improvement in the campaign to be in the near Future good customer service but yet to deliver on getting me calls and Business Will update on any progress Thank you

Working with the Directory Guys

As a small business we started working with the Directory Guys to support us with our digital strategy on Google Although we have decided to cancel our arrangement I wanted to mention Karla When we had concerns that our campaign wasn t working Karla went out of her way to support and help resolve the issues that we were having Karla was honest and tried her best to resolve Although we have no parted company this part of the experience was positive

To be honest

To be honest I pay 200 for starting then I pay another 80 and I don t get no one Client from Google I am really disappointed
