Australia trip

The patience helpfulness and knowledge of Nick Knight our contact with this firm We were looking to travel to Australia and discussed with Nick various options such as direct flights as opposed to stopovers carriers costs etc We decided on a short stopover in Bangkok Shortly afterwards Nick phoned back and gave us an added option of a 3 night hotel stay as we had mentioned that we would like to see the city so that we could get the most out of the trip We agreed and Nick made all the arrangements for us An unexpected bonus

I spoke to Robert and within a few minutes he was able to find a better deal than I had found after searching for two days Slightly over budget though significantly less so then when I was searching but travelling on the dates I requested with a reasonable layover and at civilised hours of the day Thank you for your valued help One major task now completed

My experience was great because of Martin My sister has used the company several times and dealt with Martin on each occasion He listened to what she wanted and catered to her needs and he did exactly the same for me He was courteous and he did everything with a smile in his voice He kept in touch with me but never pestered He is an asset to the company and I will most certainly contact him again in the future
