Outrageous Mischarging
Having been quoted had my procedure and paid I received a letter stating that I had been mischarged and that the treatment was three times as expensive as I had been told and had paid Despite challenging this practice they insist on chasing this fraudulent claim Avoid at all costs

Failed to deliver the service then chase for payment
Booked and attended a mole mapping at London skin and hair clinic When I received my invoice but not the mapped images promised I queried only to be told that the IT system was down on the day and all the images were lost So no mapping was done and I have no images to compare progress against I went elsewhere to get this done however I continue to get requests for payment from debt collection agents they use Will never go near them again

The clinic specializes in legal procedures instead of medical ones- healing through lawsuits I was issued a court notice by the clinic to recover 100 appointment cancellation charges very rude place Never recommend for someone to go there

Extremely disappointing experience
It is my honest opinion that I was given commercially inappropriate advice based on an experience I had with the clinic I was told that I needed to have a follow up consultation in order to obtain a straightforward repeat prescription given the clinic s policy However during the consultation I was advised that I could have simply gone to my GP for free regarding this particular matter I was then charged 150 for the 5-10 minute consultation I raised a complaint with the clinic but they did not resolve my concerns and insisted on payment I will not be using them again
