Great Customer Service Experience

My wife and I found the mobile Photostick not user-friendly despite our many efforts to get it to work properly The 5 star rating is NOT for the item itself but for the quick response and refund we received when we requested such of the Photostick customer service office

I couldn t get on with my Photostick

I couldn t get on with my Photostick and decided to return it unfortunately the Post Office was experiencing a cyber attack so had stopped shipping to the US I m in the UK I relayed this to Photostick who forwarded my predicament to Rachel in Customer Relations She quickly got back to me and said that my order would be refunded which it was within hours If only all companies were this good when dealing with their customers

This is such a wonderful option I have been getting the message that im out of storage space for a long time and I don t want to have to delete my photos Thank you for creating such a handy easy to use option

This is a great product that is not only useful but also extremely easy to use I had the pleasure of meeting Debby not too long ago through a matter of business Not only is the product great but she is as well This is a product for yourself friends and family to keep your mind at ease There are so many things that can go wrong with technology that having backups are a must This product allows for your ease of mind to be achieved very easily It is a simple but effective product with a beautiful app that is seamless to use Highly recommend

Such a great way to keep all your pictures safe especially if you take a ton like me Its super easy to use and a great way for me to free up my phone for memory Much easier than backing up to your computer I would highly recommend this product to anyone

Wow this is wonderful

Wow this is wonderful I was very surprised I had over 3500 photos on my phone and was very worried about loosing them So many memories the Photostick mobile was so easy to use and I plan on purchasing for my family for gifts

I got ThePhotoStick for my dad he s in his 70s After finally getting a smartphone a few years ago my dad s been snapping photos of his grandkids vacations and even taking a few restaurant foodie shots just like a millennial I taught him everything he knows He has THOUSANDS of photos He had no problems getting his photos off his phone and onto his computer but that s where things stopped being easy He had tons of duplicates was saving photos in every folder possible desktop photo folders downloads folder EVERYWHERE and getting them organized was a nightmare We got ThePhotoStick to see if it would help with organization and clearing up some space on his computer for more photos of course and it worked perfectly It was super simple to use and for that I m really grateful I d usually be there in person to help my dad with his tech issues but because of the ongoing pandemic I can only help through video chat Luckily I didn t need to All he had to do was plug it in tell it where to search and let it do its thing My dad has a ton of photos so it took a little longer than we expected but it got the job done it recognizes duplicates too and now all his photos are safely backed up Worth every penny

Excellent Customer service and Technical Support Hello 2 9 23 9 20 am I had assistance with ALKYL with ThePhotoStick Omni technical support team My issue was having difficulty synching my iPhone with the ThePhotoStick Omni ALKYL assisted me and was outstanding in helping me with synching ThePhotoStick Omni with my Iphone ALKYL needed not only to problems solve why my Iphone and ThePhotoStickwere not synching but also was excellent in assisting me with how to do the steps on my computer which took a lot of patience and guidance as I am not all that computer literate AKLYL was truly superior in technical support and is a great asset to your team Please Thank AKLYL for me
