In general happy with purchase

Delivery arrived promptly which I appreciated I was a little disappointed with the appearance of the tiger s eye stone - it lacks the usual movement in the striations that I so love However the stone surface is perfectly smooth and without blemish

I have bought several items from this

I have bought several items from this company I recently bought SpellCasters Luck - Crystal Infused Scented Spell Candle for 14 99 I would have expected it to last more then being burnt twice for no more then three hours per burn totalling 6 hours It states 12-15 hours but there would be no way I could get that from this candle I have less than an inch left The smell is beautiful which is a shame as I would have loved to have bought these on a regular basis I think the jars are also to small for the price compared to what you can buy in candle shops etc

Items always missing

Products are worth the amazing prices and are always good quality However every single order I ve placed there s always at least 1-2 items missing and no mention of a refund until I email as it claims it s been packed despite it being out of stock Puts me off ordering due to this happening every single time

The delivery was prompt

The delivery was prompt despite postal strikes Beautiful smell emanating from the backflow incense cones boxes I ordered However the backflow incense burner I ordered was not the one I received in my parcel This was really disappointing as it was intended to be a gift

Great aside from one small stone

I purchased 25 worth of stuff from here and while overall satisfactory one of the stones received is barely larger than stones from the crystal chips I ordered This one small stone is rather disappointing especially since it easily gets lost with the crystal chips

This is my second order but

This is my second order I ve ever done and this is the second time I ve had an issue with an order The first order I ever placed something arrived broken this time there was a part missing to one of the items I ve ordered Its made me reluctant however each time I ve emailed they have responded incredibly quick and rectified the issue The customer service is amazing but I do think there s issues when it comes to who does the packing I will order again but not entirely sure when or if I ll trust a larger order

Spillages and bad presentation

The products were delivered on time but with one of the bags of bath salts opened and spilled everywhere Not impressed as it was an Xmas present for my Mum The products also do not include a gift box each item was just loose in the bag I feel for the price I paid more effort could have been made with the presentation

Not been happy with a few buys from you

Not been happy with a few buys from you a obsidian obelisk came with 3 small chips and leans to one side I bought two shiva lingham stones hoping that they would have different styles both of these linghams are not what i would of picked for myself I am annoyed that the rose quartz I got was coloured white Not a happy customer

Good product but had issues

I love all the products I received from the psychic tree But I ve ordered twice now and there has been an issue with both orders Bracelet snapping and missing items I will say the customer service is amazing Get everything sorted right away help so much are kind and understanding But due to issue s happening twice I m giving a 3 but I will definitely buy from the site again as they are good products and prices

Good afternoon I have just received the six crystals that I ordered I must say that I was not impressed by the way they were packed they were all piled together in a small piece of bubble wrap which had a hole in it I have ordered form you quite a few times but never packed like this Sorry
