No customer service and no delivery

I purchased two candles on the 17th December under the impressions I would receive my order in 1-2working days as stated on the website It is 6 days later and I have not received my items or had an email to say that it s been dispatched Around the Christmas period you really shouldn t lie to your customers on false delivery expectations So now I am currently 25 out of pocket 2 Christmas presents down and extremely frustrated that I can t get in contact with anyone from customer services I have tried email social media and their online form Extremely disappointing and I will not be purchasing from this store again

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service I placed an order but received no email to confirm dispatch When my order didn t arrive I contacted them and they blamed Royal Mail They said my order shows as out for delivery still so I request the number and check myself Actually no status is available as Royal Mail don t have it and I was then sent a dispatch confirmation the day after I chased up my order which means they hadn t even process it 2 weeks down the line but they were happy to take my money and then lie saying it was on its way Right now I have no money and no items The person who wrote a review saying communication is always top notch obviously hasn t had to deal with them taking their money and leaving them without

Delivery misleading

Items for Xmas should have been posted on 18th Order sat as partial When enquiring on the 20th received the automated Your items have been sent Royal Mail is busy They hadn t even been shipped Next day received despatch email but recipient is now out of the country Not happy

Disgusting Service and Lied

As for so many others placed order wasn t despatched CS lied that it had been posted and blamed Royal Mail Eventually received much later Checked Christmas delivery on Website placed order late on the 18th should have been posted on the 19th according to the website Queried with Customer Service on the 21st as no posted e-mail and order still showed as processing They said it was posted on time and blamed Royal Mail for delays Received dispatch e-mail on the 28th and the order on the 30th Why would you ever deal again with a customer who blatantly lies to your face

Only posts partial items and claims to have posted it all

Unhelpful and slow customer service refusal to cancel order despite giving plenty of notice Claiming when it s gone to the warehouse department it can t be changed or cancelled I selected 24 tracked mail but only received partial items Claiming the others had be sent but wouldn t give me a tracking order stated that it was unavailable I asked them not to send order so I didn t have to pay for postage costs to return I was told to refuse the order Even tho it clearly hasn t been sent I won t be buying from these again or their sister company essence80 London

Disappointed

I placed an order with The Psychic Tree on 17th Dec as the website states 2-3 days delivery so assumed the order would arrive by Christmas I waited for a dispatch email but heard nothing On 22nd Dec I emailed to say I wanted the order cancelled as obviously not going to arrive for Christmas Funny how following the email I get a dispatch notice I sent another email to say I would return the order as now no longer needed I was sent returns information Package arrived on 27th Dec with all items loose in a jiffy bag and slightly squashed so not great packing Item was delivered in the specified 2-3 days once dispatched it s just a shame and disappointing they had not actually actioned the order when it was placed

The worst candles I ve bought in the

The worst candles I ve bought in the longest time The crystals are just coloured stones and when the candle is lit the heat means the stones slide to the wick and cause the wax to only melt in a small cylinder down to the glass The vast majority of the wax is unmelted and therefore the burning time is much lower than expected Honestly just don t bother

Poor

It seems my experience is similar to many others recently Placed an order 26th December I have not received the items money taken and no dispatch email I have queried today with CS and they tried to blame Royal Mail for losing the parcel When I dug deeper and asked for tracking information they then admitted it had not yet been posted No apology and poor communication skills I am still no further forward with no item and no sign of a refund Would not recommend

Over a month later no items

Over a month later no itemsEmails back and forth seemed to be pointless Originally put in wrong address and contacted to change Seemed like i was asking for them to move heaven and earth even though it hadnt been shipped Emailed couple weeks later when not arrived at old or new address Contacted said they d reship Couple more weeks later still nothing

Hiding bad reviews

Bought 2 candles All Hallows Eve and The Witching Hour and thought they were quite underwhelming I then received an email asking to review my purchases which I did giving it a 3 star review and saying that whilst they looked nice they didn t really smell very strong and was a bit disappointed I have just now noticed that the review doesn t even show up on their site despite me receiving an email thanking me for a 3-star review which makes me think they are hiding negative reviews anything under 4 5 stars which is absolutely wrong and I am pretty sure is illegal according to trading standards After this I definitely won t be buying from here again as you can t even trust the reviews of their products
