Angelite Faceted Cone Pendulum

Received my 3 items ordered within a few days which is as normal a very good service thank you The only complaint was that I have was the Angelite Pendulum appears to be damaged and faults in it which appear to be breaking away It does not look like the picture which is more pure light blue and one piece Also it had a knot in the chain which took a while to get out Feel I would like this replaced

No response to emails queries for part dispatched orders

Second time I have ordered had a problem on the first one but it got resolved quickly enough Placed another order end of November Didn t receive an order acknowledgment on email I have received two of my four items and my order is showing as partial I have emailed twice and also contacted them through their messaging on the site Still no response I have asked them to cancel the rest of my order if they couldn t deliver it that week I know this is a busy time but they should at least have someone answering queries and emails I find this very disappointing Most of the products I have purchased have been good but I dislike the last two bracelets I ve ordered so makes this experience another slightly bad one

Rip off

I have been using psychic tree for a while and have spent alot of money over the last 6 months Previously some of my orders have arrived broken or completely not the right weight which I have ignored as couldn t be bothered to send them back Now they have increased their price of their opalites from 99p to 2 49 I understand that prices may have to go up with inflation but by that much is utterly disgusting Ots a tiny crystal as well I have now taken my business elsewhere as I refuse to be ripped off Psychic Tree I hope you sort it out otherwise you will be losing alot of loyal customers

First time ordering on this website and I m very very disappointed they promised 24 h deliver and its being already 1 month I have being emailing but until now nothing arrived I placed the order on 3 of november Please do something about it please

I m not giving this place a horrible

I m not giving this place a horrible review because I have not gotten my package yet but It has been almost 2 weeks 13 days and I still have no package The reviews were good on their website but after looking here I m very upset about wasting 30 dollars Not worth the money so far

False advertisement

Some of the crystals I purchased were nice but half of what I ordered looked nothing like advertised on the site Be careful what you purchase For this reason through my personal experience I wouldn t recommend

pretty late and nothing like the picture

my order arrived 5 days later than the estimated delivery time a few of my crystals that were specified to be colourful polished tumble stones but look like grey rocks with no shine or colour also my quartz has air bubbles in so i m not sure about authenticity raw amethyst and lepidolite nothing like the pictures all the crystals seem very dull seems to be good value for money though as they were very cheap remember to check sizing too as the pictures can be deceiving

Query ignored

I ordered two items a jade necklace and a tumbled emerald piece The necklace was perfect but the emerald tumble was not Nothing like the picture and I don t believe it was a piece of emerald I understand you can get different grades of mineral however this piece was almost entirely white with some light green inclusions I used the contact form to raise my concerns and over two weeks went by with no response I feel this is poor communication and customer service

The necklace was beautiful but broke straight away

The necklace was beautiful however it broke within a week the stone had detached from the necklace within 2 days I managed to fix it but then a few days later it must have came loose again and dropped off somewhere when I was at work Shame as it was really cute

Unfortunately the reading didn t really relate to me There were bits that were not correct or even close to what is happening in my life There was only 1 small that was correct The person that came through was no one that I recognised even asked family they had no idea as no one passed within the last year age bracket gender or family member On contacting the readers to explain the reading wasn t accurate they didn t explain more or even try to clear it up Shame
