My order arrived and on the delivery note it said packed with love Well I think the person must of had an argument before packing my goods they looked like they d been thrown into a bag just before the person was finishing work I order coods and cages to make crystal necklaces the cords were all wrapped around the cages and completely stuck I received small bags containing crystal necklaces and the pull ribbon were also wrapped around the cages I find the items are nice but the packaging of my items shockingly bad

I have to say that I was disappointed with part of my order I thought for the price I paid for 2 crystal bonsai trees that they would come in gift boxes but no they came in bubble wrap Not ideal when giving as gifts There is no contact details on the site for me to direct this to the company

A few of the tumble stones have very little colour 2 are clear with a very little colour on the edge One stone is tiny Many of the stones look nothing like the leaflet very disappointing I understand there are natural stones but they should resemble the leaflet I feel like I cannot give this as a gift

UPDATE 29th AprilStill as yet not received any response back terrible service will not use again I have ordered from psychic tree before and although items were missing with previous orders these were soon rectified This recent order on 11th April two stones were incorrect a poppy Jasper and Flower Jasper these were not what I received instead received a red Jasper a lot darker and a brecciated Jasper I contacted them with no response back so further contacted them again still no response Very disappointing

It s really upset me that I ve had to give such a low score especially as I ve been a customer for some time My most recent purchase was a disaster Missing item broken crystal and the replacement was the incorrect one and now I ve just noticed the lid for an expensive candle is broken too All these items are for birthday presents and the quality just isn t the same anymore I feel like this company has become so successful that they are no longer taking the time to check and pack items and everything is just rushed They are very good at responding quickly but that s about it Most things are also packed in useless jiffy bags with thin bubble wrap which doesn t help I ll be looking for another crystal and spiritual place to buy from going forward

Unfortunately this order was the worst one yet One was missing and okay I got a free one as the result of there mistake but a lot of them was well under weight I contacted them to get this resolved and they dud but I did not like the way they thought it was exceptable to send me the ones they did to begin with and one of the crystals was under weight still This experience has put me off buying from them again

Ordered a stone circle burner for my friends birthday and they sent me a tulip salt burner I m yet to get a refund and get them to retrieve the unwanted goods as I m disabled and don t drive and can t afford a 30mile round trip to the nearest post office If I get redress I will let you know but I m just so disgusted I mean what does it take to get an order right Very very poorItem refunded and apology given thank you

Disappointed very disappointed The crystals didn t really match any of the images or descriptions on the website Two of the stones were really bad the peridot bracelet I bought broke on the third time of wearing No apology from the seller just a message saying they d send another one but haven t addressed my disappointment in the stones at all Don t waste your money there are better crystal sellers out there

While I was happy the crystals I had a couple of issues Firstly I had paid extra for fast tracked delivery my package arrived late and I couldn t use them for the appointment I had scheduled I was also appalled by the amount of plastic bubble wrap they used in the packaging It doesn t reflect the spiritual ethos that the company presents on the website I took the time to write and ask if they would be considering a more sustainable method of packing their products at some point in the future I have received no response from the company I won t be purchasing from them again they clearly are only interested in taking your money

Feeling pretty disappointed with The Psychic Tree which is a shame as I haven t had any issues ordering from them previously Placed two orders on 11th December One arrived a week later but the other order never arrived didn t get an order number or tracking Followed up with Customer Services several times over email with proof of payment but they kept sending me the tracking details of the order that had already been delivered I started to get worried about gifts not arriving on time so frantically bought everything again but in my haste I put the wrong address in entirely my fault Items were returned to psychic tree around 4th January I emailed them after Christmas to find out about the original order with no order number tracking and proof of purchase provided and they advised they would ship it out A few days later I received the last order I had placed but still no sign of my original order I have given up now as the Customer Service Team can t seem to track the original order and when I push I m just given the details of the other two orders I placed I get that everyone was busy in the run up to Christmas and people are understanding of Royal Mail delay but if your website states that items will be dispatched the following day then you need to follow through on that or update your website with more accurate timescales None of the orders I placed were dispatched within that time frame based on your own tracking details
