The items wasn t packages with as much care as the last few delivery s and I realised it was a different person which is a shame Some of the crystals I recieved was not very good pieces but that is the risk you take buying onlin Most were great and as always the delivery was fast and I recieved everything I ordered

Disappointed at the inconsistency of the sizings and shapes of the stones I use them as a grounding technique aid and need them to sit comfortably in the palm of client s hands

Chakra Crystal Tree -Item arrived in good condition but was sent with no box Also there was no information on what crystals nor their properties a simple leaflet with this infy would work

Very quick delivery I was expecting a very deep coloured stone based on picture Mine was incredibly light Still a nice necklace but not what I expected

I was extremely disappointed that I had an item missing It worried me because the invoice stated it was packed I was extremely happy though with the way it was resolved quickly and item was replaced Thank you

A fabulous selection of crystals and other products Wish they would package each type of crystal in different bags with a label on each bag of that crystal s name minimum when packaging them for customers for delivery

Item never turned up Have to wait 15 working days for refund Blamed Royal Mail Never offered a replacement so I d have it in time for Christmas Still waiting on refund Update I have since received a refund and an apology

Items did all arrive after a lot of confusion For some reason I was never supplied with an order number or confirmation email for two items and the only proof i had of purchase came from my bank the orders also didn t show up on my account After a lot of back and forth with customer services trying to find these items they did all show up within days of each other Overall happy with the products but disappointed with the experience as there were many times i thought i would not receive my items and customer services didn t seem to be able to help much One product a moonstone bracelet arrived and was pink but i was told this is still moonstone However all products have arrived which i am grateful for after a few days of worry At first i wouldn t have considered buying from here again but upon all the items arriving in good condition i think i would buy from here again

One of the bracelets was already broken in the packaging This happens quite a lot now although admittedly I have purchased in excess of perhaps 20 bracelets over time I can however state I have been happy with most other purchases
