Bascially the items for christmas were not sent to me on time When I got in contact with the seller they informed me that the items had been sent After Christmas I had not received the items I asked for them to be cancelled Surprise surprise no answer A day later my order invoice was then processed followed a couple of days later followed by now redundant items I get it s Christmas and its probably busy but please do not lie Won t be shopping with them again

Ordered two candles from this company on Saturday 16th December and they still haven t arrived 21st Dec Emailed the company to ask where they were and they responded saying that they had been dispatched to Royal Mail and the problem was with them Is it a coincidence that the same day I emailed them I received an update from royal mail saying that the company had advised them it had been dispatched however RM still haven t received the item Seems a bit fishy to me The website states that all orders are dispatched the day after ordering but this is clearly not true If they had been honest about their dispatch times then I wouldn t have ordered from them but looking at other reviews I guess this company likes to take advantage of people to make more money at this time of year Have requested a refund if the items do not arrive before Christmas which I m not holding out much luck for

Extremely upset bought the rose quarts earrings and amethyst earrings both with gift box and guides Neither came with gift box or guides even tho I paid the extra to have them and the rose quarts earrings were broken These were a Christmas gift for my little girl and her friend who are crystal mad and now after waiting 2 weeks for delivery there s no time to have this out right in time for Christmas

I didn t received 1 rough Morganite 1 rough rhodonite and 1 Andean rough opal I d ordered opals Instead the stones above I received 3 small pieces of a white crystal that looks white rock crystals It s the second time that I ordered something from your shop and something wrong happens Extremely disappointed I ll never order anything else from your shop It s a Shame

Same thing that everyone else is complaining about happened to me I ordered two candles for 1-2 days delivery before Christmas no email and it s been about a week now I ve emailed twice and received NO RESPONSE and to think the owner actually thinks she s doing a good job I think you need to find a new job because this is dog A waste and disappointed to say the least DO NOT BUY FROM HERE SCAM

No customer service and no delivery I purchased 3 candles on the 21st of December under the impressions I would receive my order in time for Xmas as I paid extra 6 95 for next day delivery it s now Xmas Eve and I have not received my items or had an email to say that it s been dispatched I ve emailed them time and time again but not one reply back and especially Around the Christmas period you really shouldn t lie to your customers on false delivery expectations So now I am currently 59 out of pocket 3 Christmas presents down and extremely frustrated that I can t get in contact with anyone from customer services like I said I have tried email social media and their online form Extremely disappointing and I will not be purchasing from this store again And I will be reporting them to trading standards

I don t usually write reviews at all but this is very disappointing and I feel that I need to warn people I used 1-2 day delivery and when over a week later it hasn t even been dispatched I reached out and emailed and got told it would be dispatched that day and arrive by the next couple of days - still nothing and I have been lied to as the Royal Mail tracking number said it hadn t been dispatched Over a month later now of emailing asking for my items I still haven t received it and been told it has been dispatched yet again third time I have been told this let s hope it s true this time - no refund no voucher in return or anything I would not recommend buying from here as I wish I didn t as it was not worth all the hassle

I placed an order on Wednesday 20th December at 1pm It stated that all orders placed before 3pm would be dispatched the same day and that delivery would be 1-2 working days I therefore expected an email stating that my order had been dispatched that day and expected my order to arrive by Friday 22nd or Saturday 23rd at the latest My order has not arrived nor have I received an email stating that it has even been dispatched This is not acceptable It is christmas and it is safe to say that the majority of customers placing orders will be purchasing gifts If you cannot keep up with the demand please make that clear before consumers part with their money in exchange for no gifts to give to their loved ones

Ordered Christmas presents on 17th December expecting dispatch on the 18th as promised by the website No dispatch email by 21st so I emailed to query it I was told that my order had been dispatched on time and even told that the tracking said it was out for delivery On the 22nd I finally got a dispatch email with Royal Mail tracking confirming that they had not yet received the items - they re now due to arrive on 27th December too late for Christmas I wouldn t mind so much if the company had just admitted that they were overwhelmed with orders and running late or had made a mistake But to be lied to is totally unacceptable

Like so many other recent reviews almost identical experience Ordered 3 sets of stones on 1-2 day delivery on the 19 12 23 Not arrived to date - 28 12 23 Told they were despatched in plenty of time When I asked for a tracking number I was given a link that showed the parcel was not even despatched Another week has gone by and they are still not delivered I ve emailed screen shots but business owner no longer responds Why not be honest and just give us all our money back You ve clearly been overwhelmed You now have disappointed customers who did not have the gifts to give at Christmas
