Great quality but a bit big

Product and quality of crystal are lovely prompt delivery but the bracelet is very big so I need to remake it smaller Would be nice if there were 2 sizes for bracelets It s much bigger than the last bracelet I ordered from here

Real Crystals Low Quality

Real crystals however some were low quality I was blown away by the malachite the banding is beautiful and the piece was way bigger than I expected it would be The nephrite jade was low quality having little to no green and so was the pink tourmaline having some but not much pink showing through however I did get them for 40-99p so I m not complaining about that The angelite was just fine To be honest I was so scared reading the reviews online and on here and I don t know what other people have experienced but me personally I am happy with my purchase OVERALL Happy Yes Recommended Maybe Experience 9 10 Would I order from here again Personally no

Your postmen need to pick up the slack

I love the rocks to bits but that delivery was deception at its finest I was promised 24hr delivery and it took over a week I guess it s not that long but I still felt betrayed P S the crystals didn t work I still feel as negative as ever

Really fast delivery

Really fast delivery Got everything I needed and the pyrite clusters were good condition However they were all packaged together in the same bubble wrap and arrived ever so slightly damaged so I d suggest packaging each one individually in bubble wrap for future orders It wasn t much damage just a few crumbs for want of a better word

I always enjoy shopping here and usually give them top stars I have dropped 1 star because the photo s online didn t match what I received they were however great prices and I received great customer service when I contacted them to return an item still a great company and I will continue to shop there

Amazing products

Everything was exactly as described very beautiful crystals I did order some essential oils and the labels were on the wrong bottles which confused me at first but not an issue at all I bought a selenite candle holder and its the most gorgeous thing ever super affordable I will purchase again

Always quality tumble stones

Always quality tumble stones which I use to make up advent calenders for my daughter and my neice They love opening the boxes to see what stone is there You would get 5 stars if I didn t have to spend quite so much time trying to work out which stone is which to ensure they both get the same stone on the same day

I received my order within 24 hours quicker than I anticipated The order was well packaged and the stones were in little velvet pouches Three of the 5 stones were damaged I spoke to someone on the chat and they resolved the matter asap and within 24 hours I received replacements The service was impeccable
