Company staff can t count to four
I ordered these on the basis of the 2-4 business days delivery promised on the website A few days after ordering yodel informed me that they d be with me in roughly 5 days I made contact to state that the item should be with me by now and the very rude advisor on live chat told me that delivery was up to four working days I had to explain what 4 working days meant and have them count the days yet they still wouldn t admit they were wrong After a little back and forth they eventually agreed to cancel the order and refund me Overall a very poor experience and I cannot recommend this company
