Proactive customer service

Shipping estimate was a little out but they let me know over email pretty much as soon as I placed the order that it s not accurate So it wasn t too bad I appreciate their proactiveness

They should improve

Overall satisfied but I m not satisfied at all with how long it took to get what I ordered Delivery information was not right or maybe I didn t understand either way you should improve your delivery time

Good prices customer service But shipping time needs to be improved

Easy to find what I want on the website although the search function could be improved Results will include items that do not match search terms Good pricing Good shipping rate But I could not track my order and it was three days late I spoke to customer service they were nice enough to keep me updated on my order Still I would prefer a better tracking system and better delivery

A valuable service for me

I m diabetic and I always need to buy those Accu-chek strips but they are too expensive for me I saw them on thwifty for a lot cheaper cuz they were being sourced from India I placed a bulk order and while the delivery was a bit late I m still glad I ordered them I will need to buy more in a couple months again

You listed a product for sale but it s not available

We ordered an item as a gift but then days later we were told you won t be able to provide it The customer support people were really polite and apologetic They offered me a full refund and a good discount on future purchases which is nice but please fix this issue

Delivery was a little slower then expected But worked out okay

It is surprisingly difficult to find parts for old analog amplifiers here in Dubai but I saw them on Thwifty and I m sitll in shock I was able to get them Breathed new life into my old hifi gear
