Great job

Great job really happy with the windows As a running Hotel the works were carried out efficiently and with very little if any disruption to the day to day running of the Hotel Many thanks we would recommend and use TJ Ross again

A positive experience all round

A positive experience all round I visited the showroom after online research looking for a new solid wood front door where the owner patiently and enthusiastically discussed options The office kept us well informed of progress while the doorset was manufactured in the workshop Onsite installation was carried out cheerfully and professionally and the guys cleaned up afterwards I m really happy with both the product and the service Thank you

Impressive from start to finish

From start to finish - really impressive I had quite a major job to do and it was quite tricky so the input from all the companies at the very first design and quote stage was crucial to making me feel comfortable with going ahead and spending such a substantial amount With Tj Ross the contact was excellent and after various plans and options were discussed at length - not only was this design a lot more customised in depth and detailed than the others - I was pleasantly surprised that their Quote wasn t the most expensive No-brainer The work was undertaken in 2 phases - and with both phases the craftsmanship was fantastic The installation was incredibly quick whilst being of the minimum inconvenience and mess Already had a few vistors complimenting on such a good job

The four sash case windows were fitted very professionally and all were installed in a good time We are very pleased with the finish

The work this firm has done for me has been exceptional and has been much admired by many people The work was done in a thoroughly professional manner The finishing was perfect They always cleaned up afterwards The work was done only after full consultation of all the options

Bespoke door

We planned to replace the existing plastic front door for quite a while but we werent sure about the designs we found We came across TJ Ross and have to say that the service bespoke design and fitting of the door has been excellent from start to finish We re delighted with the outcome

Full marks

Based on neighbours excellent experience we decided to have two old double-glazed windows replaced by TJRoss The ordering measuring process was smooth and efficient the new units were installed yesterday as agreed and seem very well made time will tell The installer was competent and polite all waste materials were removed minor damage to plasterboard that occurred during removal of the old units was repaired floors swept clean Full marks to TJRoss

Excellent workmanship and serviceWe had a new front door supplied and fitted by TJ Ross We were really pleased with the level of service and quality of the product and workmanship We found them really easy to deal with and happy to advise on styles and glass options etc The men who came to fit it were really friendly hardworking and professional Wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else We are so happy with our lovely new door
