Well looked after throughout The help here was very good Initial phone enquiry was was handled and the house visit and measuring was quickly arranged and thoroughly done I made a mistake with the colour code I provided for the paint and the quality control based on the site visit picked that up Installation was within the time planned and carried out by a polite cheery and professional team Fitting in a wet-wall boarded bathroom was very well done leaving a great finish Thank you to the whole team

Fantastic customer care

Absolutely delighted with the ordering fitting of windows and doors The fitters were superb They did a fantastic job came promptly got on with the job efficiently but with complete attention to detail Really great guys too This is the second time I ve used TJ Ross and have been delighted on both occasions The office staff communicate really well before the fitting probably most importantly the windows and doors are of a high specification and look really fantastic I can t recommend this company highly enough

Superb showroom and very informative visit

We visited the showroom which was stunningly laid out Martin s advice was excellent and he took the time to explain to us the different window options open to us He had windows available to demonstrate what he was referring to which were of top quality and clearly built by highly skilled craftsmen

First Class from start to finish From the moment I met Martin I knew there was no-one else I wanted to carry out our work His knowledge and attention to detail was so reassuring and this followed through every member of the team throughout the operation The workmanship was fantastic and the understanding of the fitters of our needs as a hotel was superb We won t hesitate to call on T J Ross in the future

PERFECT NEW WINDOWS

After three quotes by far the most professional and most detailed bid came from TJ Ross The work pricing structure and time scales were clearly explained Their showroom allowed us to see the windows in place and in detailed cutaway view and all the representatives of the company we dealt with were polite knowledgeable and helpful The installation itself was pain free with friendly and capable fitters who left good after care advice as well as touch up paint etc as well as tidying up the work area inside and out I don t usually write reviews but on this occasion I am happy to evangelise I will use this company again

Good quality hardwood sash case windows

TJ Ross were our preferred choice of five potential suppliers They were able to supply long-lasting hardwood windows with broad cavity double glazing for good thermal and acoustic insulation Their quote was clear and detailed Communication and installation were professional I have worked with them previously and hope to work with them again

Outstanding

We used TJ Ross to provide 2 back doors for our house 2 years ago As a result of our positive experience we didn t bother to get alternative quotes for a new front door and garden gate this year Outstanding level of workmanship not cheap but you get what you pay for
