I m waiting for my order for about 6 weeks They told me all the time that the order will be send Getting a email that it s going to be shipped next week Waited two weeks for it Nothing was coming and nothing that I can Track in there website Email them and asking where it is No response Email them that I want to cancel the order Getting a email back that it was ok Then I asked them how they will pay my money backThen they stop answering me

Warning If you have a problem wih the product you bought they blame it on the delivery company and do nothing to help you solve the problem

cannot recommend this company might be a good price but what do you do when you have a problem with your purchased article You left to your own devices I cannot recomend this company to anyone

Avoid Toolside

I ordered a Olympia splendid compact 9 000 BTU air conditioner on Friday 31st May 2024 to be delivered to Cyprus as they advertised that they can send to Cyprus and paid Immediately 203 plus 5 bank fees 236 Euro Everything was fine initially but at 9 30 this morning Toolside decided that they no longer ship to Cyprus and they couldn t carry out my order Now correct me if I m wrong but last time I checked the Netherlands Cyprus are both EU countries and when a company says Ships across Europe you d expect them to ship to any EU country but that is completely untrue they want me to send them a seperate mainland address but I want it delivered to Cyprus what do you expect me to do just ship it to anywhere This is completely ridiculous and I strongly advise you to avoid this company if your attempting to post across Europe as they do not follow the rules of the single market I am waiting for the 236 euros to be returned to my bank as soon as possible otherwise I will start a dispute with my banking provider to return the money After initial communications they decided to completely ignore further correspondence and as far as i m concerned this just proves the fact that this company is unprofessional and doesnt care about their customers FUNDS WHERE FINALLY RETURNED AFTER AN INVESTIGATION WITH MY BANK

Incorrect invoice

We got a wrong invoice but they don t want to send us a cancellation invoice and then a new one Really bad communication - never again

DO NOT deal with this company They sent me the wrong variant after 4 weeks of the item I had ordered and would not accept that they made the mistake Packaging was poor and could have been easily damaged in transit Told me to send it back at my own expense 90 if I was not happy Very hard to contact them Emails go into spam Customer service very poor and don t want to know about you once they get your money Please buy elsewhere
