They booked 4 time 49 00 EUR from my bank account I have never given them my bank account details and never heard about this company This cased me inconveniences and I needed to cancel my credit card

Who in hell created this new app it s completely useless The old app was fine You should be ashamed for all the children being late for school late hospital appointments work etc I wish I got paid for terrible decisions I feel sorry for your drivers Someone needs to be held accountable for this

My bus for work is late or cancelled with no warning at least twice a month if not more not reliable at all The app sometimes says a bus is coming and then it doesn t This is not the way to make people want to use public transport

Be warned - day trippers to St Marie - you may need a taxi to get back home

We travelled by Envia bus no 50 from Arles Railway Station to St Marie departing 12 15 on 10th May I will not discuss the chaos that occurred at departure Basically the driver was helpful and accommodating with a complete load of passengers The problem occurred on the return journey All the buses from 17 00 until 19 00 were completely full and we were unable to return to Arles using the bus service We were forced to share a taxi with others and the 25 share of the fare was 22 50 euro each Waiting for two hours in the hot sun for a bus was an unpleasant and frustrating end to the afternoon We advise all day trippers from Arles to St Marie that if you do not drive your own car then stay in Arles Or travel to another place that has a train service which is also imperfect such as Nimes Avignon or Marseille

My daughter is severely disabled and attends a medical day program As the driver was putting her on the van she began to have a bowel movement Because she is in a wheelchair and changing a diaper takes to long she was taken off the van and not allowed to go The medical day program would change here upon arrival

What a pathetic management team

What a pathetic woke management team you have firing one of your drivers for having the guts to save a child from harm Your management are weak disgusting individuals that should be utterly ashamed of yourselves I would rather walk than get onto one of your buses
