Brilliant service definitely recommend I ordered the venicci tinum 2 0 rock graphite and the service I received was second to none I ordered on a Thursday late at night the following day I had a call from Alex who was friendly knowledgeable and explained the process at that time he only had the isofix base in stock and so was arranging for the pram to come directly from venicci I received the base with in 24hrs and had dpd messages advising of delivery times etc brilliant In regards to the pram for some reason I didn t receive any messages from either venicci or dpd but trendy baby responded to my queries quickly and advised me of a delivery time which was again bang on and the pram came and met all my expectations I d definitely use and recommend trendy baby in the future thank you

I have today ordered the Venicci Isofix base and was having issues ordering online So sent a message via Facebook messenger and had someone come back to me within a minute or so and advised on another way to place my order Which worked Great Service and very helpful I sent the order reference through and they were able to confirm also for peace of mind Would definately recommend Trendy Baby and will use them again Sammie

Having ordered from elsewhere over a month ago and still recieved nothing I needed something quickly and was struggling to find anything Trendy Baby delivered my highchair in a couple of days far quicker than I was expecting Exceptional service and wouldn t hesitate to use again in the future

We were sadly in a car accident where we had to replace our Silver Cross spin Car Seat We found TrendyBaby was the cheapest price for what we wanted with free next day delivery We were really counting on it to arrive the next day as we did not have an alternative The order was shipped within 30 mins of me placing the order and provided with a tracking number and told to check again later that night for further updates Car seat arrived on time the next morning Couldn t be happier and saved us so much trouble Will order here again

Great bargain and quick delivery

I ordered a cosatto stroller from Trendy Baby and I am so glad I did despite concerns over the reviews I read after ordering I ordered after 5pm Friday and received an email on the Saturday morning from both Trendy Baby and DPD stating it would be delivered that Tuesday and it came like clockwork Box was in perfect condition and everything was as it should be Absolutely thrilled with the stroller itself and how quickly the order was dispatched and delivered Kept up to date every step of the way and even knew the exact hour long time slot it would be delivered by DPD on the day Can t recommend enough

Very pleased with my experience with Trendybaby so far I ordered the cosatto all in all rotate at a very good price Delivery was very prompt and I absolutely love the product Unfortunately when unboxing the seat I noticed a hole in the fabric I contacted Trendy baby and although it took a little while to get through they where extremely helpful The hole isn t something they have caused or could have known so I am having to go to cosatto directly for a replacement cover however Trendybaby are helping me with that process So far excellent customer service
