Trixie silicon slow feeding mat
Bought silicon slow feeding mat for our 9 weeks old puppy She managed to bite and swallow piece of it together with her food in less than 2 minutes She was supervised and mat was removed as soon as I saw a damage but unfortunately she might need a surgery to remove the piece of it from her digestive system because that mat IS NOT suitable for the dogs Be aware and DON T BUY IT IT CAN KILL YOUR DOG

If I could give less than 1 star I would Got bought a beautiful bird house for Christmas 2022 Put it outside end of March you assume as it s a bird house it can go outside and by mid May it s no good at all It s completely falling apart The wood has warped and the colour has faded already It s unbelievable how awful it s gone You would expect this sort of damage after years being outside NOT a couple of months I contacted customer serves and they have refused to do anything saying I have to go to the seller But it was a gift Now what Nothing we are stuck with an expensive broken bird house

TRIXIE NEVER MORE LESS THAN 1 STAR
I ve bought 2 travel bags up to 8kg to fly with my 2 smalls dogs 5 5kg and 5kg in a first time used both of them ripped And how I spend more than one month do come back I lost the return from Amazon I contacted custumer service from TRIXIE and theirs words were Unfortunately we cannot help you in this case as we are a wholesaler and only supply retailers As your retailer Amazon is responsible for your complaints And more they said that they have more good reviews than bad ones in another words I don t care about your opinion or complain So I lost my money TRIXIE NEVER MORE

Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage I bought the Trixie Baza Senior Scratching Post from Chewy The box came missing a part and several pieces of hardwar I contacted Chewy and they replaced the purchae It arrived with parts unmarked at all one part was missing and another duplicate The instructions showed nothin that would help I junked it with the resolution that since their stuff is made in China they have no control over the supplier and I will not buy anything more from them Just to add this I ordered the almost identicle piece by Petmaker via Amazon Two days transit to delivery all parts marked and excellent instructions It took maybe 20 minutes to assemble with no trying

I contacted Trixie to enquire about obtaining a small replacement part for one of their products which I d had for some time This had broken through no fault of the company - I dropped it Not only did I get a response almost by return I received a replacement free of charge by DPD within a week of my original enquiry Now that s what I call great service

The Trixie Dog Activity Memory Trainer
The Trixie Dog Activity Memory Trainer is likely to break down if used on a regular basis for feeding I used it regularly for 1 5 year until it stopped working I wrote to Trixie and they said that the machine was not designed for daily feeding but they also said that the machine should not have failed in the time span I described TRIXIE customer service offered to replace the machine even though the warranty had expired Also they said that the product development team was looking into how to make the machine more robust I suggested that they upgrade the machine so that it could be used for feeding and include Ditch the Bowl in their marketing It is no wonder that TRIXIE is one of top brands They exceeded my expectations in customer relations and response to suggestions
