Hi Thanks for sending replacement tracker promptly Tracker up and running successfully now Thanks for stepping in Sam Like Debra on trustpilot - review 07 11 2022 I initially liaised with Debbie as I have issues with the tracker - cannot connect to internet despite everything I was told to do I have been emailing back probably twice a day since initially raised about a week ago and I am not getting a response to my emails I have asked for them to call me to go through any steps I have missed but nothing - My cat hasnt been out for a few days and is clawing the furniture he is as frustrated as I am I have given my phone number and practically begged someone to get in touch or email back but nothing Hi Sam thanks for replying to my email - I think they crossed from my writing this review as I didn t think I would hear from Ebeequee due to the number of emails I had sent thank you for trying to resolve this issue and thank you for providing a replacement tracker which I look forward to receiving and allowing the cat back out

Was trying to find details of the ability to get a replacement holder for the tracker and they quickly came back with a link for me without making me feel I was IT illiterate Also the price for the part and shipping was excellent

Brilliant GPS tracker Outdoors it tracks my cat to within 5 metres Best you ll find outside the US military lol I thought this might be a cheap and cheerful tracker but it s a giveaway Recommend

Truth of this equipment and supplies

I ve admired them from step one I have had events with the map on my phone and as soon as it is mentioned this team bomb in to rectify any things that might have happened If not them they are in touch immediately telling me what has happened and what I need to do to rectify Can t see me going with any others

Lynx cat tracker

We purchased the Lynx cat tracker a few weeks ago as our little fur baby has a habit of disappearing for very long periods of time It really has been a fantastic purchase It s very easy to set up and extremely easy to use More importantly the subscription rates are extremely good compared to their competitors Plus it was a real eye opener to how far our cat actually travelled an enormous territory Unfortunately my sneaky cat managed to lose his collar within just a couple of weeks of our purchase and despite having a very good idea of where he d discarded it because of the extremely wild undergrowth we weren t able to retrieve it However having contacted Ubeequee s customer service and explaining our situation Mary I have to say has been an absolute superstar and very understanding So much so that they re sending out a replacement at a very discounted price which I think is a fantastic service I can t recommend Ubeequee enough if you re looking for that peace of mind

I never normally write reviews but the Ubeequee Lynx is worth it I ordered this tracker when we started letting my cat outside again after a car accident and it really settled my mind You need to toggle the LBS option to off and then it uses GPS instead which gives a very accurate projection of where the tracker is When GPS is being used I have been able to find my cat every time It isn t too bulky and is very light and fits on his collar fine It took him a few days to get used to it being on his collar but since then he has been completely fine I did put a stitch in the collar though because I found that the weight of the tracker was making it loosen a little Regardless this product is well worth the money and has given me so much peace when letting him outside And it kind of looks like a cute little bow tie

Excellent device app and customer service

This is an excellent device and app Would highly recommend it The app shows where your kitty has been so if you have one like ours who wanders everywhere it s good to see where she has been - but also where she is at any given time Easy to use app and device Excellent customer service An excellent produce that helps to keep your cat pet safe

Good tracking device for my cat

I bought this tracker after buying a cheaper one that was rubbish My cat is precious to me and it s a weight off my mind to be able to locate her position relatively quick device works better in the open but my cat likes to go under people s lodges and the signal sometimes cuts out because of this but that is not really the trackers fault the device was really already set up for use so that in its self was very handy
