New layout is terrible to navigate This is extra upsetting considering how straightforward the old version was You used to be able to search a fighter and their whole resume within the ufc could be found in one place It was an awesome feature and i know many people are upset it is no longer a thing The new version seems to be an intentional labyrinth designed to corral subscribers into watching streaming certain content

The FACTS terrible terrible terrible-Unintuitive Menu setup-Constant freezing during playback-Videos will play with no sound-Sound will play with no videos-Fast forward or rewind usually ends up in a frozen state-Trying to go back to the last menu takes you back 3-4 pages-so many more issues that I can t be bothered to list them-Just plain CRAP-Support just says the same old BS about my internet connection etc yet I have ZERO problems loading much higher quality video from other sites-CASHGRAB

New update has left the app broken
Absolutely loved this app It s now broken Can t find some fighters at all Lyoto Machida and trying to find a fighters complete library now seems impossible I ve even tried searching specific fights but they don t pop up Old format did not need fixing Current app is broken and if it s not fixed soon I ll probably unsubscribe Positive note they added the 24 7 stream to firestick That is nice

Very misleading offer you are convinced that you are buying ufc main card transmision but no thats just prelims you cant even complaint there or speak with anyone from customer service Just scame

Very Sadly disappointing
They could have SO much quality content that is missing from this What about pre fight interviews and other prelims the build up to fights Ultimate fighter seasons UFC As a payer to this channel we should be amongst the first to view information not treated like iplayer or catch up TV viewers I only know this app as I am a new subscriber but as a portal designer i can see very little research went into designing the user experience The navigation the menus and the site functionality is sadly lacking Come on guys your not a two bit start up step it up

Can t watch replays
Can t watch replays when you pay a lot of money for a service which fails and when you got back to watch what you missed you can t because the event has finished really leaves a sour taste in your mouth Literally watch the UFC anywhere but through this service as it is absolute garbage

Subtitles
Used it for years always been issues the latest one is amongst the worst i ve had Can t turn Subtitles off on the App on an Xbox One it turns off but the subtitles return and not in time with the speech anyway it does give me the option of about 10 different lovely fonts unfortunately none of them are invisible Went into settings on the Laptop and manually turned them off which works on the Laptop but not on the Xbox no matter what I try 0 10 do better

Horrible redesign cannot choose individual fights anymore within an event Also no more fight highlights I don t have time to watch all 10 fights I watch only fights with finishes in addition to the fights that interest me Must fast forward through fights which is totally unusable I will cancel my subscription which I ve had since the beginning of Fight Pass unless this gets fixed The persons who approved this redesign should get fired

Continuous technical issues
For 6 straight weeks now I ve been getting up to watch ufc and each time there are connection issues I ve tried multiple devices from different ip addresses but it s always the same result - more time refreshing the pages then watching the fights A billion dollar company who are happy to take our money each month but refuse to fix their technical issues and insist on never responding to complaints When it actually works fight pass is great But it seems like technical issues keep getting worse with no attempt or care to fix them

Pass on fight pass consumers
The only thing this app has going for it is that it s the only one you can subscribe to Renewed annual subscription 3 weeks ago last night all videos locked and I m being prompted to buy a membership again I ve followed UFC and zuffa for a long time so I m somewhat accustomed to their low standards for quality but you ve really outdone yourselves this time gang To make this thing function properly is a tedious job in itself and you want money for it
