If I could give zero stars I would I ordered a digital photo frame that was supposed to do videos as well as photos apparently it supported numerous formats - it did not I submitted a request for a refund which they accepted I had to pay for the return to the Netherlands which was a non issue Returning the item was delayed due to health issues with my toddler I sent it back in the same packaging that they originally sent it to me in I included all the correspondence from the company Emailed them a photo that it was on its way There was no response It was returned to them on the 13 November I heard nothing I ve emailed them three times and still no response A 149 99 has now cost me over 210 First time buying from them and will never buy from them again I dont trust this company and would highly advise not buying anything from their website
