Rubbish company AVOID AT ALL COSTS

What a sack of shit these people are ordered mats 2 to 3 weeks later NOTHING Surposedly being delivered by EVRI even EVRI DONT KNOW WHERE THESE DAMNED MATS ARE THEY AINT RECEIVED EM EITHER their supposed to be delivering them

Equivalent to cutting a shape out of a yoga mat

Ordered car mats but when they arrived the quality was absolutely rubbish it was like foam rubber equivalent to a yoga mat I requested a return label and although Evri delivered they would not return as they said it was too big a percentage to return Now unless I pay 45 to get use DHL I cannot return The mats are truly rubbish rather save time and money and buy direct from the dealership

Waited a week to tell me they were having supply chain issues Offered an alternative cheaper product but when asked if it d mean they could guarantee expedited delivery using up the difference in price was told that it isn t possible Probably fine if you re happy to wait indefinitely but customer satisfaction doesn t seem high on the agenda

If only I could give zero stars Terrible customer service waited days for a reply to an email I replied promptly when they finally did reply and now three more days have passed and my issue is still not resolved Paid extra for next day delivery and my order arrived one week later Utterly shambolic Have messaged several times to complain and had nothing back AVOID
