Ordered 3 pairs of comfort leather clogs advert was for handstitched leather quality clogs location was London Package arrived redirected from China What I received was 3 pairs of very low quality plastic clogs Return policy means I am responsible for returning goods to China Paypal will refund me once goods arrive there at my expense AVOID AT ALL COSTS REVIEWS ONLINE DO NOT APPEAR HERE wish there was an option to award 0 stars Not a happy experience

Awful Clothes and No Customer Care

Do NOT buy anything from United Apparel I paid 40 for a dress that looked nothing like the awful garment that arrived Like a fool I paid 12 50 to return it to China and still have not received a refund An absolute disgrace Anne Marie is mocking me by returning my messages of complaint by sending them back to me with no update or explanation as to where my refund is They need to be reported and the site taken down so others won t be fooled into buying substandard goods

Avoid this company like the plague

Avoid this company like the plague trying to return and item which has been put together by a 5 year old child both sides of the jacket are different lengths and so buttons don t fasten its obviously a fake picture on the website company are now asking me to take pictures of the size label which is inside the jacket but want a picture of the size label on the outside which doesn t exist

I saw a lovely photo of a United Apparel jacket through a social media ad - it was 100 reduced to 50 - it looked lovely I was after a warm winter jacket silly me I found their online website looked at their location and it showed it was UK based I looked at their returns policy before buying and they stated a full refund within 14 days - at the time there was not much in way of which country to return it to Once I had received the item I was massively disappointed in the quality of the fabric - it was transparent and cheap without a washing label nor branded label - in a trasnparent plastic bag with no bar code straight from what I know know as a fast fashion warehouse The same day I requested to return it At this point they said I could return it for a full refund but it was my repsonsibility to return it to their warehouse in CHINA including taxes - out of convenince they would refund me 15 or if that was not an option since we prefer to avoid returns given the ecological process CO2 emissions you can then just keep your items and do not have to return anything For every 3 orders we plant a tree in the world Here we can then take 15 of your total order value and credit it to your payment method They also said make sure to mention a value between 5- 10 on the parcel packaging inorder to avoid any taxes at China customs and possibly because that is how much it cost to make Having been caught at this once before I knew I would be out of pocket returning it to China for a refund so I had no option to go for a credit back to my card - I managed get a rubbish 20 of my 50 10 I am 40 out of pocket I write this with warning to these fashion platforms whereby the deciet of being a UK based company where every item they sell to you is sent from a Chinese warehouse on demand with no lables and unbranded Their website provided a returns policy stating a full refund once it has been returned back to their warehouse in China where you pay the shipping and taxes Don t buy through these websites ever ever ever - support our UK shops - they are a disgrace taking your hard earned money and robbing you blind
