Amazing subscription

I absolutely love the subscription I have just received my second monthly set and am obsessed I ve seen some people complain about them not accepting returns swaps but it s underwear No shop would do that - it d be so unhygienic The designs are different each month so of course might not be to everyone s taste but that s life I ve loved both of my sets so far and get super excited for my surprise set every month The previous sets on the website are GORGEOUS - I might need to treat myself to an extra set Only tip I would say is to size up on the bra - I am a 32D and originally ordered a M but just upsized to a L just for some more booby coverage Overall love the product - can t ask for anything more Thanks Unndr

Beautiful set amazing experience

I ordered this months set from unndr after finding them on Instagram It was beautifully packaged which added to the luxury subscription experience and the black set I received was gorgeous and I m totally obsessed with it Cannot wait for future packages from them if you haven t tried them out you must order immediately

Fab customer service

My June bra was too small and I emailed in asking if there was anything I could do to have it swapped for a bigger size They replied that they don t do exchanges but would be willing to send me a larger size It was a great experience and I m really looking forward to wearing the set

Amazing service and package

Signed up for their monthly package and have loved each set so far They re cute and comfortable to wear There was a little error made with my second package but they sorted it so quickly replying basically on the same day and sending out the fix instantly Nothing but positives from me

Love the brand

I am on my third month with this company now and I love the underwear so much The quality of the underwear is great and the extra details that they put into the packaging and extra little something is a nice touch I had an issue with the sizing of my bras and contacted them via email They helped me to solve the issue and the communication was great I can t wait to see what is in the next few boxes

I can t tell you enough to subscribe Not only for the quality of the items but for the customer service I made a mistake on my end and without questioning they fixed it for me It has been a while that I have had a company treat me like an individual as opposed to just another pay check but Unndr have made me feel personally valued and heard Can not recommend enough Please support this business

nothing bad to say about this business i think people forget how much work goes into something and the owner really puts in work and passion the designs might not be everyone s taste but that s the joy of getting a new box the month after material is 10 10 they fit perfectly and they look so cute too

I contacted them prior and asked them about the negative reviews They were very quick to respond and explain I placed an order had good correspondence it was posted out the next day and I received it about 4 days after ordering Really pretty designs and can t complain
