First off CHARLES was a tremendous help as we were trying to track down the hotel mattress that we slept on at a Quality Inn in Youngstown Ohio It was by far the very BEST that we ve EVER slept in at a hotel and we travel extensively I tried to not make Charles crazy with my ongoing questions so I m grateful that he was extremely patient with me FIVE STARS for Charles and more if you ve got them
